Warning Gaze. When unmoved for 24 hours or more, the Warning Eye can target one creature within a 30 ft. radius and telepathically communicate what other creatures passed by it within the last 24 hours.
Decomposition. Upon being placed on a corpse, the Warning Eye can decompose it completely within 1d4 minutes.
Telepathy. The Warning Eye can telepathically communicate with a creature within a 30 ft. radius.
Poison Spray. Releasing spores into the air, the Warning Eye extends a poison within a 10 ft radius sphere. Any creature within this sphere must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. Upon failure, said creature(s) must take 3 (1d6) poison damage and become paralyzed for 1 minute. These creatures can attempt another DC 14 Constitution saving throw at the end of their individual turns to end the paralyzed condition early.
Description
Of a variety of colors and sizes, these mushrooms share a common trait: a glowing, bioluminescent eye on their caps. Typically found on well-worn trails within forests and swamps, these fungal creatures will attempt to warn travelers of potential dangers ahead.
