Shapechanger. Blocky Balboa can use its action to polymorph into an object or back into its true, amorphous form. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Being a colossal structure, it equally when in its "stationary" form has a full mapping of interiors and has the ability to move this interior to its personal preferences - moving or removing walls, changing areas on the fly etc.
False Appearance (Structure Form Only). While Blocky Balboa remains motionless, it's outwardly appearance is indistinguishable. Moreover, until they reveal their mimic-self any fundamentally "strange" goings-on in the interior are just that, strange goings on.
