I didn't know Lutri was tiny, since creatures on Ikoria could get pretty big. Anyway, I would have tagged Elemental at least, since it has that creature subtype. I guess it makes sense to make it a beast, since there is a mechanical focus in the set on dividing the creatures into human and non-human.
ah crude.. lol Lutri is absolutely meant to be an elemental. I think it's just beast because I used ferret as a base for the template.
