Traits

Ethereal Sight. The ghost can see 60 ft. into the Ethereal Plane when it is on the Material Plane, and vice versa.

Incorporeal Movement. The ghost can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Actions

Withering TouchMelee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (4d6 + 3) necrotic damage

Etherealness. The ghost enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. It is visible on the Material Plane while it is in the Border Ethereal, and vice versa, yet it can't affect or be affected by anything on the other plane.

Guilt Trip. The ghost can make its opponents feel deplorable for attacking a literal ghost child. Unless the player can roll DC 13 Charisma saving throw, Amelia's reminder of you dastardly ways will reduce the target's speed by half and spells' effects are delayed until the next turn. AC and Dex. saving throws have a -2 effect. Duration of 1 minute

Reactions

Ungodly Wail: Children's screams can be agonising at the best of times. After taking damage Amelia will let out a scream of pain that will affect anybody within a 10ft radius. A soundwave will push everything back with great speed. This has the potential to cause environmental damage if the targets hit a bookcase, spike etc.

Description

Amelia is the ghost of a 10 year old girl who was experimented on by the wizard who inhabits the tower. Brainwashed, she thinks she is on a really long play date and all her new "friends" just never want to leave.

Amelia can be defeated in three ways: Help her with a ritual to pass onto the after life and she will give you the key to escape the tower, intimidate her, or defeat her in combat and find the key yourself.

Lair and Lair Actions

Amelia's lair is more like her prison. She cannot leave the top of the tower but can utilise items to throw at opponents.
