Did you really want DND Coffee?
For anyone getting your hopes up and expecting oodles of cool, free stuff
This will most likely be a lot of discounts, promotions, and tangentially D&D related things. This is how it has been for the past 2 years. This may be frustrating, but Hasbro/WotC/DDB don't actually owe you anything, and the fact that they're even offering things like this is pretty dope. Some of the items offered may be irrelevant to you, and that's okay. Enjoy the ones that are. Additionally, the gifts ramp up in excitement and value as the calendar goes on, so don't be put off by the first week being unfulfilling.
Happy Holidays, to those that celebrate, and a Merry Midwinter to those who don't.
Aggressively advertise this at me 3 times in the run up and now it’s US only. The fails just keep on coming from you folks.
Here’s to a better more customer and community friendly 2024.
But, do they though? Because I don't remember the previous years "ramping up". Sure, there were some fluctuations in excitement, but they were sparse, and dotted throughout, and mostly surrounded by this kind of "US Only" stuff and discounts for things which many people don't even want (like D&D Monopoly).
What person thought this would be a great 1st day of an Advent calendar reveal?
"Heres your free gift - but only if you live in America" - because its not like this game is popular ANYwhere else at all is it....
All I want from WOTC for Christmas is some new background art and frames for my character sheets
DnD coffee? Lol
I'm sorry, but that is just silly. It's not about owing anything. Every advent calendar I have ever seen gives out fun items. Just to say thank you and to bring more activity to the site/game. It's much better business sense to get people excited about being here. If you spend years collecting decorative items and dice. You are less likely to leave it behind. And more likely to buy things if you are hyped. I really don't think 20% discounts should be called a gift. If anything you will just make people feel cheated. If they wanted to drop discounts then just do it. Don't make it a gift/advent calendar.
The dices looks nice
Yay! US only stuff!
Yippee I get coupons :D
That's a bit ironic to have "The Best Dungeons & Dragons Gifts" article at the bottom of this, when the first day gift can't be even used by everyone here
Cringe first gift lmao
First gift is US only. Too bad.
How do I unlock these gifts? I got the email but can’t figure out how to actually get the gift.
Oh damn, I guess the first day is nothing for me. haha (US only = me being EU = nothing free)
I always want coffee.
sucks that coffee is US only
Can I get more information about this how do I unwrap
