Happy March!
Thank you for all the comments and feedback on my first post about our strategy and Q1 Partnered Content Roadmap. I have read all the comments, and it’s been helpful as we continue to evaluate and select new collaborations for the future.
Though it's not quite Q2 yet, D&D has released its 2026 Roadmap, so I want to get a head start talking about our next set of partnered content releases on D&D Beyond!
- Dr Dhrolin’s Dictionary of Dinosaurs (5.5e) — April
- Tom Cartos Sticker Packs — April
- Northlands Worldbook, Northlands Sagas (5.5e) — May
Q2 2026 Partnered Content Roadmap
![]() Dr Dhrolin’s Dictionary of Dinosaurs (5.5e) — AprilCreated by real palaeontologists who turned their passion and expertise into playable content, with every creature grounded in real science. Updated for 5.5E, this release packs in paleontology-themed adventures and accessible scientific info, plus new player options, plot hooks, and plenty of dino-fueled fun. *Note, that the Artificer subclass is rewritten as a Fighter in this release |
![]() Tom Cartos Sticker Packs — AprilUsing our Maps VTT will be even easier with 4 new sticker packs from the incredible Tom Cartos! From tombs and traps to transport and travel, we have stickers ready for you to build your own stories and campaigns with! |
![]() Northlands Worldbook, Northlands Sagas (5.5e) — MayWe are bringing both epic books from the recent Kickstarter to D&D Beyond! Nordic adventure and player options bring a chilly flavor of play to your table. Between the two books, there are 8 new subclasses, Asgardian adventures, new villains, and Norse patrons. Be smart—don’t argue with Thor! |
*This roadmap is subject to change.
Q1 Partnered Content
Want to see what partnered content is still on the docket for Q1? Check out our previously released partnered content release schedule, featuring releases from Griffon's Saddlebag and Loot Tavern:
I hope you all are excited about what’s up next and keep the comments coming!

Posted Mar 4, 2026"Note, that the Artificer subclass is rewritten as a Fighter in this release"
This note does not give much confidence that we will ever get official new updates on the 2024 Artificer, leaving it in the dust after initial release just like the prior one.

Posted Mar 5, 2026I love the new communication policy! What would make it even better is having an additional roadmap dedicated to translations into other languages.

Posted Mar 6, 2026They said that they are releasing 4 separate sticker packs, so my guess is that you will definitely be charged for these (each sold separately, after all).

Posted Mar 11, 2026Anybody else curious about how the Bone Sculptor is going to work as a fighter? Is it going to lose the feature that gives you proficiency in armor and weapons you craft? Spellcasting? The undead pet?

Posted Mar 12, 2026It is due to the Artificer not being in OGL 1.2.1, Exploring Eberron was published and released on the DM's Guild so it can take advantage of a wider range of options including the ability to make official Artificer Subclasses, since Dr. Dhrolin’s Dictionary of Dinosaurs however was published via a Kickstarter campaign so therefore they can't officially acknowledge the Bone Sculptor Artificer and had to retool it under a different Class's umbrella. With that being said there is nothing to say that an unofficial version couldn't appear in the Subclass section of Homebrew as an Artificer.

Posted Mar 12, 2026It's first party so they're allowed to do it, as for the new one's in Exploring Eberron, that was published via the DM's Guild rather than a Kickstarter, so it gets a free pass.

Posted Mar 13, 2026Still hoping that Sebastian Crowe's Guide to Drakkenheim will make it in the partnered content soon.
I would also like to see some of James Ohlen / Arcanum Worlds content such as Minsc and Boo's Journal of Villainy, Heroes of Baldur's Gate and Chains of Asmodeus.

Posted Mar 13, 2026I understand why they rewrote it I was just curious what features they changed to make it fit as a fighter. I personally think that it would fit better as a ranger

Posted Mar 13, 2026You mean to tell me that I have been "homebrewing" Dr Dhrolin's stuff from the book into dnd beyond for the past year just for them to make it partnered content??? Nevertheless I am absolutely stoked. It's gonna be so fun!
My party once befriended the ancient Tyrannosaurus rex that was in the book by saving her eggs from cultists, and so far they have been referring to her as "Rexy Momma" and have refused to call her anything else XD.

Posted Mar 13, 2026Sebastian Crowe's Guide to Drakkenhiem is probably being delayed due to the Apothecary Class which given how close it is mechanically to the Warlock might get implemented.
