I can see a a lot of Goliath, white dragonborn and Triton being made for this adventure.

The dice are great but the backdrops are barely visible behind all the character sheet info.

I looked up their name, I hope the Urskan are a playable race in this adventure.

Off the top of my head, u could have a race of half polar bear half humans created when a mad wizard or artificer  altered human genomes to have similarities either to polar bears directly, or cells infected with polar bear lycanthropy. A plus 4 to strength and a minus 1 or 2 to intelligence, wisdom or charisma seems appropriate. I’d probably go with a plus 4 to strength and a minus 2 to intelligence but u can play around with those values I presented earlier in anyway u want. U will also probably want to put some kind of intimidation bonus in there too

Ten towns and Icewind Dale are in Forgotten Realms 

It could fit in Karrnath and the real frozen tundra elements can be islands in Lhazaar or islands around the Icewhite Island. 

My guess is he's a werebear, not a playable race.  In Adventurer's League, lycanthropy isn't kosher for your character to posses but that's not an issue in home games.
Not aware of Urskan being a Forgotten Realms race but hey, who knows.
