The spell pulls the elemental powers of the water and air elemental planes. The water and air elemental are sent back to their appropriate planes.
The hurricane's saving throw does not effect the caster or huge and larger creatures.
The saving throw for this spell is the caster's spell save DC plus 5. A creature that is in this storm must make a Strength Saving throw based on the number above. On a failure the creature is flung away and takes 3d6 bludgeoning damage. Any creature in the storm is dealt 4d4 physical damage (up to the dm) for every minute they are in the storm.
Buildings with no foundations are automatically torn asunder and trees are uprooted after 1d4 days. Castles and buildings that are similar in construction break apart within 3d6 days.
A Control Weather spell cannot affect this spell. A Wish spell can disperse this spell but has a 10% chance to cause a tear in reality that will summon 10d6 water elementals and 10d6 air elementals in the area where the storm originally was.
The hurricane moves in a general direction based on a dice roll by the player or the dm. The time limit only applies if the storm is on land. If the storm is at sea then it can last indefinitely.
* - (Water elemental, Air elemental and the body of a recently deceased stom giant. The body of the storm giant is consumed by the spell.)

Posted Aug 29, 2023The effects of this spell are way too vague. What does "flung away" mean? You don't need to specify what the strength saving throw is against. It also doesn't do nearly enough damage to justify its destructive effects. The effect itself lasts far too long too, a whole month on land and indefinitely on sea? So what if you cast that the entire world in the campaign becomes destroyed? There is no specification on the size of the hurricane? Why does the wish spell cause a tear of reality? Thats just not necessary. Spells made on this site are meant to be possibly used at a table somewhere, but no DM would ever allow this to be used ever. I know I certainly wouldn't. Not only because it is vague but its effects are simply too widespread. The way I would fix this is by reducing the duration to 24hrs, changing the damage from the non existent "physical" to cold or thunder damage, almost completely remove the structure destroying capabilities, remove the unnecessary wish spell complications,
