A slender stream of water flashes from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range and then expands into a globe-shaped mass of water 6.2' in diameter (935 gallons, the volume of a 5’x5’x5’ cube), expanding as a horizontal wave and drenching any creature or object within a 10' radius.

Base damage from the watery explosion is 3d4 from battering damage.  Creatures vulnerable to damage from water or cold will sustain damage according to their type from contact.

If the stream hits a creature or solid object, the globe of water manifests at that spot.  If the target point is in midair, the globe will form, then fall as a mass of water on anything beneath it. A targeted creature can make a Dexterity save to avoid being hit by the stream.
