You attempt to rip and take the knowledge of one creature you can see in range. The target must make a intelligence saving throw. It takes 4d8 necrotic or psychic damage(your choice) on a failed save, or half as much as a successful one. On a failed save, you also rip knowledge out of the target. Until the spell ends, you have proficiency with any skills that the target has, and you know any cantrips the target knows(if applicable).

Shouldn't this remove their skills and cantrips they know since it's ripping it out of them?.
Dont forget to add a DC for the intelligence saving throw.
DCs for Saving Throws involving spells are determined by the caster, not the spell itself.
