Description:
You speak the word "Fascinare" in a mesmerizing tone, attempting to captivate a creature within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature is fascinated by your words for the duration. 

A fascinated creature's speed is reduced by half, and it cannot take reactions. The creature is so intrigued by your words that it has disadvantage on attack rolls against any targets other than you until the end of its next turn. This effect ends if the creature takes any damage or if someone else makes a successful Wisdom (Insight) check against your spell save DC to discern the enchantment.

At the end of  its turn, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the effect ends, and the creature is no longer fascinated.
