Hit: The target takes 1d6 lightning damage, and it is inflicted with the Shocked condition.

At Higher Levels: The damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).

Shocked Condition:
A creature or object affected by the electrical shocks experiences the following effects:

- Takes 1 extra damage for each die of lightning damage taken.
- A -2 penalty to Strength checks and melee attacks.
- Movement speed halved.

The Shocked condition lasts for one round unless specified otherwise. If the target is soaked, the condition lasts for the duration of the soaked condition or while standing in/on water.
