Choose a willing creature that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, the target’s Speed is doubled, it gains a +2 bonus to Armor Class, it has Advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and it gains an additional action on each of its turns. That action can be used to take only the Attack (one attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Utilize action.
When the spell ends, the target is Incapacitated and has a Speed of 0 until the end of its next turn, as a wave of lethargy washes over it.

That is true, though I think there are about two or three creatures in the entire official catalog that are immune to that condition.
I really feel like you're being a bit too cheeky with the rules at the end there, if only because of the flippant tone of voice. It comes off like "I can totally game the system by SAYING I take the Attack Action to benefit from Extra Attack, when I'm secretly actually taking the Magic Action". Whether that works for your DM is up to them but if I were your DM I would challenge it.
