This is a straight buff over the previous version, as the range of the Truesight has doubled.

Love the buff. The "flavor" of the new component only being mushroom powder is dumb, though. IMO there was a good reason to have it as an ointment, but especially to have saffron in it, in order to make it worth 25gp.

DnD really needs to take a look at how it F'd up spell components in 2024. You'd need a damn sack mushroom powder to equal 25 gp (at least!). Stupid as hell. So many examples of not-well-thought-out garbage like this in 2024 spell components in particular. This whole over-simplification of a spell's components in 2024 in the name of "clarification" and "ease of use" actually made a majority of them worse. Please fix!!!!

This is a very rare mushroom only harvested in the deep Underdark that must undergo an arduous alchemical process to be used in this fashion.  Only a pinch of this mushroom powder is required to cast the spell.
