Posted Jan 20, 2025Love the buff. The "flavor" of the new component only being mushroom powder is dumb, though. IMO there was a good reason to have it as an ointment, but especially to have saffron in it, in order to make it worth 25gp.

Posted Mar 13, 2025DnD really needs to take a look at how it F'd up spell components in 2024. You'd need a damn sack mushroom powder to equal 25 gp (at least!). Stupid as hell. So many examples of not-well-thought-out garbage like this in 2024 spell components in particular. This whole over-simplification of a spell's components in 2024 in the name of "clarification" and "ease of use" actually made a majority of them worse. Please fix!!!!
