Can yoi just cast this every turn for every attack?

Agreed.

The `Attack/Save` field is for categorization and searching. Choosing "melee" is an oversight and NOT what the RULES SOURCE indicates. It can allow any weapon.

Would this work with the Finger Guns Cantrip? it says "a weapon with which you have proficiency and that is worth 1+ CP" your automatically proficient with your fists. and they'd be worth as much as you are right? 

Hard disagree for Agonizing Blast - 1) the cantrip is absolutely dealing damage, especially once you hit lvl5, and this applies to GFB and BB as well. It is a magic action, casting a spell, causing damage. 2) If you are trying to rationalize this away as "too OP", as soon as you are lvl 5 you are doing two EBs adding that 3-5 damage *per hit*. 6-10 extra per round. Vs a weapon attack which you only get one of so adding you mod twice is...literally mathematically the same impact from the Invocation, and weaking because you're doing only one weapon attack. So, I really don't see what the issue is here when you have to make it a stretch to *not* have it apply, but its not even that optimal anyways ? Why fight that fight?

No, this can be used with any weapon (melee or ranged) that you're proficient with and costs at least 1 CP. 

That last part is presumably to keep it from being used with "fake" weapons like Warlock pact weapons or Flame Blade or whatever.

Iirc the weapon needing to be worth at least 1 copper piece is more to make it so that you do actually need a weapon to use it. Otherwise RAW you'd be able to substitute a spellcasting focus to fulfill the material component requirement without actually having a weapon.

Though yes it does also mean that RAW you can't use it with "fake" weapons. But I don't think that's the reason the monetary requirement was included.

Would the extra damage affect a Warlock's pact weapon?

When i read this spell I usually interpret it this way:

Since the weapon is the spell material component (which is not consumed with the casting),  it should be treated as all spell components are:

the extraction, manipulation and pocketing of the component should be all part of the magic action itself, leaving the free object interaction open. 

Meaning that during the magic action:

- The caster starts the turn empty handed.

- They extract a weapon and trace arcane symbol with it to cast the cantrip.

- Guided by a flash of magical insight they divine the opening to a clean hit.

- The weapon briefly shines with a bright radiance while it pierces the enemy’s flash, searing it for X radiant damages.

- Then the weapon is immediately stowed away.

If the weapon IS the arcane focus of the spellcaster (Wizard's  staff or Warlock's Pact Blade for instance) there is also another option during the same Magic Action.

- The caster starts the turn wielding its weapon.

- They trace a quick arcane symbol with it to cast the cantrip.

- Guided by a flash of magical insight they divine the opening to a clean hit.

- The weapon briefly shines with a bright radiance while it pierces the enemy’s flash, searing it for X radiant damages.

- The weapon stays into their hand.

The spell's mechanical purpose is a vehicle to deliver radiant damage type with a melee or ranged attack.  

True Strike uses the weapon as its material component and requires an attack with that component as part of the spell’s Magic action. Since material components may be accessed during casting, and the rules impose no special handling restriction merely because this component is also a weapon, it may be drawn, used and returned as part of casting just like the thorny stem used for the cantrip Thorn Whip. The Attack action’s equip/unequip rule is irrelevant because no Attack action is being taken.

The weapon being capable of functioning as mundane combat equipment does not negate its role during this casting. For this Magic action, it is the spell’s required material component and the instrument through which the spell produces its attack. With regard to whether it can be accessed and returned as part of casting, there is no RAW instruction to treat it differently from any other unconsumed material component.

I would say sneak atttack yes, nick property no (as its casting a spell not making an attack)

how is it require somatic component, you need a hand free right?

The "ATTACK/SAVE" says that the spell is melee, but it doesn't say you CAN'T use a ranged weapon. Could you use a range weapon I'm wondering??? I had a whole set up that is hinging on this and I'm hoping that I haven't make a big mistake here.
