You conjure a spiralling blade of wind and whirl it around yourself, forcing all creatures within range (other than you) to make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 1d6 slashing damage on a failure. The blade of air can cut through thin ropes and similar materials.
The number of blades you create increases as you reach higher levels: two blades at 5 level, three blades at 11 level, and four blades at 17 level. Creatures in the area make a separate saving throw for each blade, taking 1d6 slashing damage for each failure. At 17 level, creatures also have disadvantage on the first two saving throws.
