You cause an awakening chime, a sound that gives clarity and pulls people into the present moment, to resonate in 30-foot radius sphere centered on a point that you can see within range. Each creature within the area wakes up if they are asleep, as if they had been suddenly jostled awake. If any creatures in the area are affected by a condition that can be broken by taking damage (such as the hypnotic pattern spell), those conditions end as if the creatures took damage.
In addition, any creatures within the area who are surprised stop being surprised, and each creature within the area can make one saving throw against a condition that is causing them to be charmed if a saving throw can end that condition. They gain a bonus to these saving throws equal to your spellcasting modifier (minimum +1).
Finally, each creature of your choice that is concentrating within the area must make a Concentration check as if they had taken 1 point of damage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the radius of the sphere increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 1st.

Really cool concept! just some feedback if that's ok. I've been playtesting this with one of my players recently and I can't help but wonder if the range makes it a little too strong? maybe if you increased the radius of the sphere slightly confined the origin point to from the caster? just a thought :)
