You call forth the elemental energies of the Chromatic Dragons to create 5 dragon heads. The details of each head are described below. For each head choose a creature or object you can see within range. You can choose multiple heads for the same target if you want. For each dragon head make a separate ranged spell attack roll and if it hits a separate damage roll of the type listed for that dragon head, and apply any secondary effects as details. For each attack the heads are launched at their targets leaving a momentary trail of its energy - the heads 'bite' at the target and release the energy at the target before disappearing.

Red Dragon Head. Formed of fire energy. Deals 6d10 fire damage and if the target is a creature or a flammable object it is set alight. Any water or ice on the target or in the target's space is immediately evaporated. Creatures and objects set alight take 1d10 fire damage at the start of their turns, if a creature, or start of your turn if an object. The targeted creature or any creature within 5 ft of the target can use an action to douse the flames. The initial fire damage is considered magical but the ongoing fire is not magical and can also be doused by any effect that can douse flames.

Blue Dragon Head. Formed of lightning energy. Deals 6d10 lightning damage and if the target is a creature it is stunned for 1 minute. Creatures stunned by this effect can make a Constitution saving throw against your Spell Save DC at the end of their turns to end the stunned condition.

Black Dragon Head. Formed of bubbling black acid. Deals 8d10 acid damage. If the target is a creature it also takes another 4d10 acid damage at the start of its next turn. If the target is an object it takes 2d10 acid damage at the start of your next turn.

Green Dragon Head. Formed of sickly-green smoky poison. If the target is an object it takes 3d10 poison damage. If the target is a creature it takes 6d10 poison damage and it is poisoned for 1 minute.

White Dragon Head. Formed of cold water and ice. The target takes 4d10 cold damage and any flames on the target or in the target's space are doused immediately. If the target is a creature it is paralyzed by ice. On the creature's turns it can use an action to make a Strength saving throw against your Spell Save DC to break free of the ice and end the paralyzed condition. The condition will also end after 1 minute or if the target receives a total of 20 fire damage damage accrued since the start of the effect.

Note the Red Dragon Head and White Dragon Head have opposing secondary effects. If they are both used on the same target neither secondary effect happens: they only take the initial damage from each head (6d10 fire, 4d10 cold).
