Order of the Bloodletting

The Order of the Blood Bender reviles in taking hits, the more blood of theirs spilled the stronger they become.

Blood Spray

When an attacker within 5ft of you damages you with an attack they get sprayed with your blood, marking them.  Additionally, whenever you are hit with an attack you can choose to create a pool of blood in the spot.  You can create a number of pools of blood equal to your Constitution modifier with expended uses being recovered upon a long rest.

As an action on your turn if an enemy is marked with your blood or standing within 5ft of a blood pool you can send the blood forcefully at the enemy causing them to take one hemocraft die of damage.  When you use this action, the blood pool and blood marking the enemy is consumed.  This feature replaces an attack, and can be used with the Extra Attack feature gained later.

Blood Dive

As a reaction on your turn you after being hit with an attack, you can dive into a blood pool you are standing on and appear in another, consuming both.  If an enemy is within 5ft of either blood pool you can damage them with Blood Spray.

Kinetic Blood

As an action on your turn, you can cause an enemy marked with your blood to fall under the effects of the Telekinesis spell.  You concentrate on this similar to concentrating on spells.  You can use this feature a number of times per day equal to your Intelligence modifier.

Blood Reading

Your control over spilled blood is increasing.  Marked enemies can no longer gain advantage on attacks against you while marked as you predict their actions by sensing your blood.  You also gain True Sight on marked enemies.

Blood Bending

You learn to take control of other creature's blood.  You learn the spells Dominate Animal, Dominate Monster, and Dominate Person.  Intelligence is your spell casting modifier for these spells.  You can cast a spell using this feature a number of times per day equal to your intelligence modifier (minimum of 1).  This feature has no effects on undead or constructs, as they lack blood to control.
