Base Class: Monk
To most beings, the integrity of the body, mind, and spirit are paramount to their identity. To monks that follow the Way of the Resonant Form, however, surpass such limits in becoming one with the world. Such concepts are malleable tools, to be reshaped as they see fit.
Shadow Clone
Starting at 3rd level, you have learned to shape your ki into living imitations of yourself. You can summon a Shadow Clone as a bonus action. As part of the same bonus action, you can summon additional Shadow Clones up to a total of your proficiency bonus for 1 ki each.
Your Shadow Clones appear identical to yourself, with illusory copies of your equipment, though they cannot cast spells or attack with weapons. They use the statblock listed below, move directly after yourself in initiative, and are under your control (no action required). Shadow Clones share your skill and saving throw proficiencies, and use your own statistics for many parts of their statblock, listed below.
Shadow Clones created in this manner last for 1 minute, after which they disappear in a thematically appropriate fashion, such as a puff of smoke or a shattering of glass. Your Shadow Clones also disappear if you summon new Shadow Clones, go unconscious, or die.

Actions
Unarmed Strike. The Shadow Clone makes one unarmed strike, equivalent to your own.
Lingering Afterimage
At 6th level, you learn to create a sturdier Shadow Clone which can linger freely. As an action, you can summon a single Shadow Clone with no time limit. However, this Shadow Clone still causes any existing ones to disappear, and will also disappear if it makes an attack or if you summon a new Shadow Clone.
Illusion of the Self
At 11th level, you learn to transcend the illusion of separation between yourself and your Shadow Clones. As an action, you can switch places with one of your Shadow Clones. Alternatively, you can switch places with one of your Shadow Clones as a reaction to taking damage, allowing the chosen Shadow Clone to take the damage instead.
Army of One
Starting at 17th level, when you use your Shadow Clone feature, you can cast Mirror Image as part of the same action. When cast this way, you can use the Mirror Image duplicates to block hits aimed at your Shadow Clones as well as yourself. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest, or you spend 2 ki points to use it again.
