Base Class: Wizard
Wandslinger is a term that can be given to any individual who is able to cast even the easiest of spells. Although, someone who specializes in wandslinging, is a caster who has found it more beneficial to cast two smaller spells rather than one large spell. These kinds of wizards are easy to train at first but the most seasoned of wandslinger can always find a way to cast one more spell no matter what.
Infuse Focus
Beginning at 2nd level, you have learned how to store a spell in your arcane focus. When you finish a long rest, you can choose a 1st level spell from your spellbook to infuse into arcane focus, allowing you to cast the spell a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, without expending a spell slot.
Slinger Specialty
At 2nd level, being a specialist with casting smaller spells, you learn two additional cantrips. These cantrips can be from any class’s spell list and do not need to be from the same list. They don’t count against your number of cantrips known. If the chosen cantrips are not part of the wizard spell list, they count as wizard spells for you.
Quick Casting
Starting at 6th level, you have become more fluid in your casting. When you cast a cantrip as an action, you can cast another cantrip as a bonus action.
Focus Recovery
At 10th level, you learned how to temporary recharge the magic properties in items. Once per day after you finish a short rest, you regain a number of charges equal to your intelligence modifier to a rod, staff, wand or another arcane focus that has charges.
Rapid Caster
When reaching 14th level, you have mastered your craft of casting spell with the utmost efficiency. When you cast a spell as an action, you can cast a cantrip as a bonus action.

So for those who see this, I have finally finalized the 2.0 update to this subclass. Here's the link to it if you want to check it out.
Thanks for the suggestions, I actually have a forum thread I recently started about the update for subclass (here's the link to it). I try to keep it fairly up to date, so where I'm sitting at currently should be accurate.
i would say by level 10 youd be fighting significantly stronger enemies regardless. so if you were to give a spell slot it would be at this point you could say
Powerful Wand: After much time studying the wand and funneling your magic into its make up your wand has developed a pool of magic all its own, your wand has spell slots of its own you can now cast 2 2nd lvl spells using your wands slots over your own this can be done once a day until you spend a long rest recharging your wand?
or you could give it a modifier.
practiced adept. after so much time studying and utilizing your wand focus you have been able to enhance your abilities. if you wand is your primary spell casting focus you may ad you spell modifier to all ranged spell attacks. this would make fire bolt for example 1d10+int?
if you intend to update this subclass i would re-word intense focus or change it all together. WoC aren't usually in the business of giving extra or free spell slots. They may give you additional spells that dont count against those prepared but you still have to utilize whats given to cast the spell. I would remodel this as :similarly to the clerics domain spells [ at levels 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, you may learn an additional 2 spells that are imbued into your wand as a result of intense study and practice. These spells may be taken from any list though they must be the same list at the time of learning them. (scale them appropriately.) meaning at second you learn 2 1st levels then next bonus 2nd, then 3rd when at 10th level you learn and additional 2 5th level spells. then the ability to recharge items per mod or prof. is a little outrageous/ OP. think in terms of fireball for example. if you have a wand of fireball with 7 charges and you know that at a short or even long rest your guaranteed charges you would use it far more liberally. say your int. is a +4, i will 100% use that wand 6 times a day no matter what and never expend that 7th slot, cause I know im guaranteed 4 charges from my mod and even with a nat one on my roll to recharge im for sure getting 2 as it recharges at a rate of 1d6+1. im comfortable knowing its never going to be broken or useless to me. now conversely at 10th level I would Naturally only have 3rd level slots, heck even at level 20. this ability essentially has the potential to give me 9 with a possible 10th if I risk it per day not accounting for spell recovery. which would allow me to recover up to a 5th level slot. or potentially a second and a 3rd level spell slot. this means potentially i could cast 10-11 fireballs a day at BASE level which is 80-528 dmg total PER Person within 20 ft of the impact point. this level 10 wizard could do literally thousands of dmg depending on positioning and tactics just from the wand, and level 3 spells, leaving them with 2-5th, 3-4th, 3-2nd, and 4-1st or an additional 12 spell slots total. (assuming you take the advice to change the 2nd lvl ability from granting extra slots.) if you maintained the intense focus aspect youd have 4 additional 1st level slots or a total of 16 more spells to cast and your cantrips. i mean an adult dragon averages 250ish health this wizard alone specifically with an advantage could single handedly kill an adult dragon in 4 to 5 turns, heck if they casted haste and had a suprise round it could be over in 2 or 3.
This was something that was brought to my attention earlier that I thought that I should clarify;
With the 6th level feature, the rules as intended for this feature is after you cast a cantrip as an action, you can cast a different cantrip with a casting time of 1 action as a bonus action.
I have been thinking of doing an update to this subclass at some point, but not sure when exactly. So if you have any suggestions, or other features you think I need to clarify more on just let me know.
