As the watcher once watched the city, you are abel to use the same tech they did to watch the battle field. With this tech you can watch the enemies that get close to you and destroy them with out moving

The battlefield Below

You gain the ability to watch the battlefield with perfect sight at lv 3. This feature at lv 3 gives you Arcane eye and allows you to Give advantage to the watcher knights if they are in the sight of the Arcane eye.

The watcher knights

You can summon the watcher knights at lv 3. Hey The watcher knights that you get to use as a weapon. This knight can be summoned as an action and stays until it hits 0 hit points, then you can summon it again after a long rest. You are allowed to summon 1 at lv 3, 2 at lv 9, 3 at lv 15.

The range of the eyes

You can do this at lv 5. When you cast Arcane eye, you are allowed to cast spells through the eye and as an action teleport to the eye, destroying it in the process

To see, to not to see

You can do this at lv 9. When you hit an enemy with in the sight of arcane eye or you own eyes, you can:

you can do an extra 2d6 damage or you can give them disadvantage

you can do this Amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus

Begone from sight to dream

At lv 15 when You hit an enemy or ally to the dream realm to keep them there until your next turn. When you hit an enemy or ally they will go to the dream realm and be there until your next turn. You can choose this to be a nightmare and the enemy takes 8d10 psychic damage or you can choose it to be a dream and the ally heals 8d10. 
you can use this feature once per long rest

The perfect sight

At lv 3 you gain the perfect sight, you get advantage on any perception checks if it’s with your eyes.
