Base Class: Monk
Saiyans are generally human and raised from birth within a Saiyan culture, most likely on planet Sadala, their home world. Though a few select children shown to be remarkably gifted have been know to be brought back to the Saiyan home world and raised as one of their own. Saiyans do not care about race and culture. The only true measures of character is their power and their pride. Power is above all, the only thing that matters in the universe, but if that power is not your own you will find no respect from a Saiyan and they will likely challenge you to a death battle to put you down.
"There’s only one certainty in life. A strong man stands above and conquers all!" - Prince Vegeta
A baby Saiyan's power level is measured as soon as they are born, if their power level is up to standard they are raised as upper-level warriors and become combatant candidates. If their power level remains low even after a certain amount of time has passed they are classed as low-level warriors and become either engineers or infiltration babies. Infiltration babies are sent off to a planet the Saiyans have selected for take over, and if the baby grows up into a warrior capable of taking over the planet they are allowed to return as a full-fledged combatant. Infiltration babies have a low survival rate.
Saiyans do not naturally know how to fly, some need to be taught, while others work it out on their own. Saiyans also do not celebrate any holidays. Instead of playing like Earthling children, Saiyan children fight amongst themselves.
As a Saiyan grows in power they are awarded positions based on their prowess with the mightiest Saiyan as the king of all Saiyans.
Saiyans make their living by invading low population planets and wiping out the inhabitants completely before selling the planet off to the highest bidder. Saiyans have been known to take on requests to clear out higher population planets where they gather a large army and annihilate it's people. Some Saiyans also work as mercenaries for other armies for wealth and fame.
Saiyan Flight
Begining at level 3 when you take this subclass you gain the ability to expend 1 Ki point and gain flight equal to your movement speed for 1 minute, as long as you are not wearing armour.
Energy Blast
You can expend 1 Ki point to shoot a beam of concentrated energy towards a target. Choose one target within 60ft and make a magical ranged attack roll. On a hit the target suffers 1d8+ your Wis mod radiant damage
The ability creates more than one beam when you reach higher levels: two beams at 5th Level, three beams at 11th level, and four beams at 17th level. You can direct the beams at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each beam.
Power Up
Additionally at level 3 you also gain the ability to power up by drawing in the energy around you to power your own abilities. As an action you concentrate on drawing in the energy around you to gain 3 temporary Ki points.
These Ki points last 1 minute or until expended. While powering up, your speed is 0 and you cannot use reactions. Temporary Ki can stack but cannot exceed your maximum Ki points total.
Kamehameha/Galick Gun
At 6th level you have gained substantial mastery over your Ki and martial skills. As an action you can expend 6 Ki to unleash a massive beam of energy in a 5ft wide and 150ft long line. Any creatures in range must make a Dex saving throw or take 10d8 radiant or lightning damage and fall prone. On a successful save the target only takes half the normal damage and isn't knocked prone.
You can also charge the Kamehameha/Galick Gun by spending more Ki points than required. For each additional Ki point spent, increase the damage by 2d8.
The damage is radiant if you use Kamehameha and is lightning if using Galick Gun.
Super Saiyan Transformation
At level 11, you gain supernatural ability that surpasses most mortals. You can spend a number of Ki points to turn Super Saiyan, and Super Saiyan II.
You can expend 8 Ki points to turn Super Saiyan. For 1 minute you gain temporary hit points equal to 4 times your level. Your unarmed attacks deal 2d6 extra damage and all your Ki abilities cost half their normal amount rounded up. Additionally Power Up gains you 4 temporary Ki instead of 3 each round.
You can spend 11 Ki points to turn Super Saiyan II. For 1 minutes you gain resistance to magical bludgeoning, slashing and piercing damage. You gain temporary hit points equal to 4 times your level. All of your Ki based attacks deal 3d6 extra damage and all of your Ki based abilities cost half their normal amount rounded up. In addition, Power Up gains you 6 temporary Ki instead of 3 each round.
Super Saiyan God Transformation
At level 17 you have surpassed all mortal beings and have tasted what godhood is like. By expending 15 Ki points, you can assume the title of The Super Saiyan God.
For the next minute you gain the following effects. You gain damage resistance to all forms of damage. All of your Ki abilities cost half their normal Ki points rounded up. Whenever you take the attack action you can make an additional unarmed attack as part of the same action. Your melee and Ki attacks all deal an extra 3d8 radiant damage. Power Up gains 8 Ki per round instead of 3.
Instant transmission- While in Super Saiyan God you can spend 1 Ki point as a reaction to avoid any attack by teleporting behind the target who caused the reaction. This reaction is limited to once per round, regardless of the amount of reactions you are allowed.

Posted Jul 27, 2022I am aware that Saiyans are a race of people and not a culture but this is to make it more accessible for everyone to play, and there is too much to be put into a race rather than a subclass. 😊 Please let me know what you all think and if there is anything you would change
