Base Class: Wizard
Order of Scholar
Combat Stratagems
On 2nd Level, when casting a divination or abjuration spell of first level or higher, the Scholar pulls from the myriad of strategies he memorized to grant his allies an edge in defense. After the spell has been cast, the Wizard may chose an ally within 30 feet. That ally gains temporary hitpoints equal to the level of the spell + the scholars level in this class. These hitpoints last for 1 minute, or until they have been reduced to 0 by damage.
Emergency Tactics
On 6th Level, when the Scholar applies temporary Hitpoints through the use of Combat Stratagems, he may double the amount the target receives. The Scholar can use this ability an amount of times per Long Rest equal to their Intelligence Modifier.
Adloquious Protection
On 10th level, when the Scholar applies temporary hitpoints with Combat Stratagems, he can spread those hitpoints to every allied creature within 30 feet of him. The Scholar can use this ability twice per Long Rest.
Additionally, when using Combat Stratagems, the Wizard gains the same amount of temporary hitpoints.
Scolding Ward
On 14th Level, if an ally within 30 feet of the Scholar suffers damage, the Scholar may expend a reaction scolding his companion for his carelessness and disregard of strategy. If they do so, that ally gains resistance to that damage. The Scholar can use this ability a number of times equal to their Intelligence Modifier per Long Rest.

Posted Sep 6, 2022Did some rebalancing and cleaned up some wording:
Combat Stratagems only works on spells of 1st level or higher, Cantrips no longer permissible.
Emergency Tactics can only be used [Intelligence Modifier] times per !!Long Rest!! instead of Short Rest.
Adloquious Protection no longer doubles the temporary hitpoints for everyone, instead it grants the temporary hitpoints created by combat stratagems regardless if you use Emergency Tactics or not. Additionally, the Scholar now gains the same temporary hitpoints as the target for Combat Stratagems (also not doubled when using emergency tactics).
