Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Tailoring are creative minds invested in the art of dressmaking. The Adherents are masters of precision and fine work often tending towards perfectionism. They are are often widely known for their skilled abilities and extraordinary work. Their knowledge and expertise in their craft even grants them the ability to affect other creatures and gives them the opportunity to use their tailoring talents outside of their renown habits.
Craft of the Dressmaker
When you join the College of Tailoring at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with weavers tools and the sleight of hand skill.
In addition you learn the mending cantrip, which doesn’t count against the number of bard cantrips you know.
Arcane Sewing
Also at 3rd level, you can use your bonus action to sew a magic seam into a creature within 5ft. of you that lasts for up to 1 minute. You can use this feature a number of times equal to you Charisma modifier per long rest. As an action you can empower sewings of your choice within 60 ft. of you to cause one of the following effects.
Needle. Every sewed creature needs to succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or it takes 1d6 + Charisma modifier psychic damage. This damage increases when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
Thread. Every sewed creature needs to succeed on a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or it is pulled 10ft. in the direction of another sewed creature of your choice. If you just sewed one creature, the target is pulled in your dircetion.
Stitch. Every sewed creature receives 1d6 + Charisma modifier temporary hitpoints. These hitpoints increase when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
Woven words
At 6th level, you learn to weave your words into a magical fabric. Over the course of a short or long rest you can use weavers tools to weave arcane fabric from your spoken language. You can weave 1 square foot of fabric per hour and the cloth behaves like a normal light fabric. To make clothes from the fabric takes 1 hour, and the required amount of cloth can be seen in the table below. Clothings made from your Woven words can be used as an arcane focus, as long as they are worn. Spells that are cast with the cloth as their focus, doesn’t require verbal components. Any creature that wears clothing made from your woven words understands any language you speak, but cannot speak it itself.

Masterful Stitch
Starting at 14th level, when you make a melee weapon attack with a weapon that deals piercing damage, you can empower your Arcane Sewing as a bonus action. Every creature you hit with a melee weapon attack that deals piercing damage has disadvantage on saving throws against Arcane Sewing until the end of your next turn.
In addition you gain Expertise in weavers tools.
