Due to a near-death experience, a Light Explorer had interest peaked to wonder about what lies beyond the Material Plane or physical reality.
Spending many months to years wondering and considering the meaning of such a "light", and its place of life and death.
Second Step
3rd-Level Light Explorer feature
Your combat experience and your exploration with magic have applied in three ways:
- You learn one extra language.
- You gain proficiency with a martial weapon.
- You add 2d8 radiant damage to melee and ranged weapon attacks.
Fifth Step
5th-Level Light Explorer feature
You can attack twice, rather than once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Ninth Step
9th-Level Light Explorer feature
You can channel magical energy through a strike to create one of the following effects:
- The target takes an extra 3d6 radiant damage.
- Choose one creature or object you can see within 30 feet of the target. Healing energy heals the chosen recipient, restoring 4d8 hit points to it.
Fifteenth Step
15th-Level Light Explorer feature
- The extra damage and the healing both increase to 4d8 and 5d10.
- You gain a +2 bonus to Armor Class.
- You gain one extra language.
- You gain one extra martial weapon proficiency.
