Base Class: Rogue
The best place the practice is where failure means death. Not your death of course but an ally or an enemies. Field work is often times different and difficult, but where better to perfect your craft?
Master of Medicine
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the alchemist supplies, the brewers supplies, and the herbalist kit as well as medium armor. You also gain expertise in Medicine.
Field Doctor
Starting at 3rd level, you can use your action to apply your sneak attack to an ally healing the ally while you are within 5 ft of them. You can do this a number of times per SR equal to your INT modifier.
At level 9, you can do this a number of times equal to your PB + your INT modifier.
At level 13, you can do this as a bonus action
Treatment Center
Starting at 9th level, you become immune to disease and can cure a disease within anyone else over the course of [5d4- INT modifier] days.
Protect the Patient
Beginning at 13th level, you can cause an attack that targets an ally that is within sight that has less than full hp to have disadvantage as a reaction. You can use this for yourself as well and a number of times per short rest equal to your INT modifier.
Call a Doctor
Starting at 17th level, You must choose one of the two options bellow, to determine what kind of doctor will you be.
Adrenaline Shot
You inject a creature with adrenaline, the adrenaline has one of two effects, it can potentially stun an enemy or it can bolster yourself or allies.
Enemies must make a CON saving throw [DC (8 + PB + INT modifier)] to resist the stun effect either way the enemies take 5d6 poison damage. This can be used as an action one time per SR.
If you inject an ally or yourself with Adrenaline Shot then you can immediately take a full action and movement. This can be done as a bonus action one time per SR.
Plague Doctor
You gain access to plague shots which you can prepare one of each Short Rest. You can use a number of plague shots per Long Rest equal to your INT modifier.
This doctor is immune to poison and the poisoned condition.
