Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

The Keepers of the Tiger, or Kech Ruuska, as they are known in the Goblin tongue, are one of the clans of goblinoids that make up the powerful group: the Heirs of Dhakaan.

The Kech Ruuska are some of the most skilled beast tamers in all of Khorvaire, possessing a particular affinity towards the dire tiger, which was the choice mount for the Ancient Goblins of the Dhakaani Empire.

The Kech Russka seek to use both their army, which is comprised of soldiers bolstered by their connection to the animal kingdom, and their magebreeders, who practice arcane experiments binding goblin to beast, to stake their claim to the throne of the New Dhakaani Empire.

Dire Companion

Starting at 3rd level, you can use your knowledge of Dhaakani beast taming to bring forth a Dire Tiger, the chosen animal companion of the Dhaakani Empire.

Once a short rest, you can take the time to trace an arcane sigil in Goblin upon any surface. This sigil is made up using your own blood, as you will take 1 d4 of slashing damage to make the sigil. After an hour, this sigil will summon a Dire Tiger. The Dire Tiger obeys your commands as best it can. It rolls for initiative like any other creature, but you determine its actions, decisions, attitudes, and so on. If you are incapacitated or absent, your Dire Tiger acts on its own.

If your Dire Tiger is killed, you take an additional 1d4 necrotic damage, as your blood was used in it's summoning. You must wait an hour before summoning a new Dire Tiger.

Dhaakani Combo

Starting at 7th level, your connection with your Dire Tiger has grown tremendously. Whenever your Dire Tiger attacks on its turn, you can use your reaction to make a weapon attack if you are within 25 ft. of your Dire Companion.

Tiger's Blood

Starting at 7th level, your bond with your Dire Companion has grown tremendously.  Using the connection to your blood used to summon your Dire Tiger, you can call upon that blood to help you in the heat of battle. Using a bonus action, you can roll 2d10s and subtract the total from the Dire Tiger's overall health. You can then add the amount to your own health pool.

Dhaakani Bond

Starting at 11th level, your bond with your Dire Companion has reached newfound heights. Your connection to your Dire Tiger has allowed you to take on some of its characteristics. Once a day, as a bonus action, you can manifest a Tiger aura, which increases your walking, climbing, and swimming speed by 10 ft, and allows you to use the Fear spell (DC= 8 + proficiency bonus + Wisdom modifer) without material components.

Tiger's Fury

Starting at 15th level, your connection to your Dire Companion has reached it's pinnacle.  Calling on the latent magical properties of the blood sigil used to summon the Dire Tiger, you can use an action to enlarge your Dire Tiger to one size larger, granting the Dire Tiger a +3 to its attack and damage rolls. This effect lasts for as long as you hold concentration on it. You can call on this effect a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
