Base Class: Rogue
You hone your skills with a dagger to a point of unrivaled mastery.
Dagger Finesse
Your attacks use a d6 damage dice rather than a d4 when using a dagger.
Making a thrown attack at long range does not impose disadvantage on the attack when using a dagger.
You may draw and stow a dagger, as part of the attack without requiring additional action.
When you end you turn without anything in your hands, you may draw up to two daggers, one for each hand.
While wielding a dagger in each hand +1 to your armor class. At 13th level, this increases to +2 to your armor class
The Universal Tool
At 3rd level, you may use a set of daggers of varying shapes and sizes as a substitute for thieves' tools.
You are considered proficient with expertise for ability checks you make using this feature.
When holding at least one dagger you gain advantage in intimidation checks. The person being intimidated has to at least see or feel the dagger.
Bonded
At 3rd level, you learn to perform a ritual that creates a magical bond between you and two daggers. You perform the ritual over 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. The daggers must be within reach throughout the ritual, after which you touch them both and forge a bond. There is no limit to how many daggers you can bond to.
You always know which direction your daggers are as long as they are on the same plane as you.
You can use a bonus action to recall daggers back to you where they will reappear in their sheath or on their hooks. If you do so you can choose to have the daggers come back to your hands (as long as there is nothing else in your hand.) Only one dagger per hand.
Additionally, when you engage in two-weapon fighting while wielding daggers you are bonded too, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the second attack. this only works if you are bonded to both daggers.
Dagger Expert
Starting at 9th level when you make any weapon attack with a dagger, you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 and 20.
When you attack with a dagger you can either choose to have the damage type be piercing or slashing.
You become ambidextrous. This allows you to attack with your offhand during your action. You can determine with which hand you attack, per attack.
A Million Knives!
Starting at level 13 all daggers you are bonded to and that require attunement count as one and therefore only take up one attunement slot. If the dagger has any requirement to use you can forego said requirements and use the dagger anyway.
While dual-wielding daggers you get +2 to your armor class. This only works whilst using daggers.
Dagger Master
Starting at 17th level, whenever you attack with a dagger, you can increase the damage die to a d8.
When you make any weapon attack with a dagger, you score a critical hit on a roll of 18, 19 and 20.
Starting at 17th level, whenever you take the attack action with a dagger, you can now make an additional extra attack. This only applies to attacks made with daggers.

Posted May 8, 2025The level 13 effect is a little powerful, something more like this might fit the power scaling of the official subclasses better, since attunement slots only have one class that interact with them in official, "If a dagger you are attempting to use has requirements, you can choose to forgo their requirements in exchange for needing to use a empty attunement slot for it, however, if you meet the requirements you can put it in the attunement slot for the other daggers", other than that it's fairly balanced for homebrew
