Base Class: Warlock
At 3rd level, your otherworldly patron bestows a gift upon you for your loyal service. You gain one of the following features of your choice.
Pact of the Vessel
You can channel the essence of your patron in your body and become a vessel of its otherworldly might.
You can use an action to transform yourself into a creature with a Challenge Rating equal or less to half your warlock level rounded down. Your patron determines which kind of creature you can choose. You can use this feature twice. You regain expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

The transformation lasts for 1 minute, or until you drop to 0 hit points or die.
Your game statistics, including mental ability scores, are replaced by the statistics of the new form. You retain your alignment and personality.
You assume the hit points of your new form, and when you revert to your normal form, you return to the number of hit points you had before you transformed.
If you revert as a result of dropping to 0 hit points, any excess damage carries over to your normal form. As long as the excess damage doesn't reduce your normal form to 0 hit points, you aren’t knocked unconscious.
You are limited in the actions you can perform by the nature of your new form, and you can't speak, cast spelIs, or take any other action that requires hands or speech, unless your new form is capable of such actions.
Your gear melds into the new form. You can't activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of your equipment.
Because of the nature of this dramatic transformation you get one point of exhaustion after you revert to your normal form.

Description
This was meant to be an additional Pact option for every warlock. At the moment there is no option on beyond to create such a feature neither invocations so i decided to try it this way. I was inspired by the true polymorph spell and the druid's wild shape. - Please enjoy the new version and dont hesitate to leave a comment below.
Eldritch Invocation: Greater Vessel
Prequisite: 9th level, Pact of the Vessel
You can use both uses of your Transformation to transform into a creature with a challenge rating equal to your warlock level. After you revert to your normal form you suffer three levels of exhaustion (instead of two).
Eldritch Invocation: Otherwordly Avatar
Prequisite: 18th level, Pact of the Vessel
Your transformation becomes permanent. You are permanently linked to your Patron an can communicate with your Patron at will as described in the Commune Spell.
This drastic and permanent transformation alters your personality - roll once on the following madness table:

Posted Sep 11, 2019This is such a cool boon! I've been waiting for a new UA option for a pact boon, and this is perfect. It does suck that certain subclasses are limited due to their creature type, but just like hexblade goes great with blade pact, the undying and shadow dragon are more favored for this boon.
