Base Class: Artificer
The Arcane Bladesmiths are legendary artisans of Faerûn, renowned for their mastery of both martial combat and magical craftsmanship. Forged in the crucible of ancient traditions, their enchanted weapons have turned the tide of countless battles and earned them a reputation as guardians of arcane knowledge. From their secluded workshops, they emerge to face the greatest threats, wielding blades shimmering with arcane energy and carrying the weight of history upon their shoulders.
Tool Proficiency
3rd-level Arcane Bladesmith feature
You gain proficiency with smith’s tools. If you already have this proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of artisan’s tools of your choice.
Arcane Bladesmiths Spells
3rd-level Arcane Bladesmiths feature
You always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Arcane Bladesmiths Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

Battle Ready
3rd-level Arcane Bladesmith feature
Your combat training and your experiments with magic have paid off in two ways:
- You gain proficiency with martial weapons.
- When you attack with a magic weapon, you can use your Intelligence modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity modifier, for the attack and damage rolls.
Magic Weaponry
3rd-level Arcane Bladesmith feature
At 3rd level, upon finishing a short or long rest, the Arcane Bladesmith can imbue any magic weapon they wield with an additional 1d4 force damage. This enhancement is a testament to their honed craftsmanship and deep understanding of arcane principles.
Your Magic Weaponry die changes when you reach certain levels in this class. The die becomes a d8 at 5th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 15th level.
Extra Attack
5th-level Arcane Bladesmith feature
You can attack twice, rather than once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Arcane Strike
9th-level Arcane Bladesmith feature
You've learned new ways to channel arcane energy to strike opponents. When you hit a target with a magic weapon attack, you can channel magical energy through it to deal an extra 2d6 force damage.
You can use this energy a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Improved Strike
15th-level Arcane Bladesmith feature
Your Arcane Strike become more powerful, the extra damage increase to 4d6
