Base Class: Warlock
Your patron is a king maker, an emperor-creator, and is the architect behind some of the greatest, if not most terrifying, rulers existence ever has ever known. This Sovereign Throne beckons and yearns for a worthy successor. Indescribably ancient, this being has watched over and guided monarchs into the brightest of golden ages and through the blackest of dark ages. You've made a pact with the Throne, swearing to rule as its keeper, though the price for that power will undoubtedly be paid in blood.
Living Throne Spells
The magic of your patron ensures you always have certain spells ready; when you reach a Warlock level specified in the Living Throne Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.
| Warlock Level | Spells |
|---|---|
| 3 | Command, Divine Favor, Zone of Truth, Spiritual Weapon |
| 5 | Fireball, Crusader's Mantle |
| 7 | Ice Strom, Find Greater Steed |
| 9 | Dominate Person, Circle of Power |

Thrones Decree
Additionally at 1st level, your patron has bestowed upon you the ability to command and blast divine radiance upon any who defy your claim, while imbuing your subjects with the strength to fight for you.
- Whenever you deal damage to a creature using a cantrip, you may add extra radiant damage equal to your charisma modifier to the damage. **This ability does not stack with agonizing blast for double the charisma modifier damage** The creature must not be of the same alignment as you.
- Whenever you deal radiant damage to a creature, you may give temporary hit points to all allied creatures you can see with 5ft of the target equal to your proficiency bonus + any hit die you expand when you use this ability, up to a maximum of 5d8.The hit die expanded return using the same rules as if you had expanded them during a short rest, and any hit die expanded can’t be used during a shot rest.
Blessings of the Emperor
When you reach 6th level in this class, your patron bestows upon you the ability to bless your allies in battle, to better defend the rightful heir to the throne. As an action, you can summon your empire's symbol. Choose an item to represent your symbol upon the summoning of the item. This could be a crown, scepter, rod, ceremonial sword, or any other mundane but royally significant item.
When you do, you gain a number of Temporary Hit points equal to your Warlock Level + 5.
Whenever a creature deals damage to you with a melee weapon attack while you have these hitpoints, you can use your reaction to afflict the enemy with a holy rebuke. They must make a strength saving throw against your spell save DC, being pushed 15ft backwards on a failed save and take an radiant damage equal to the amount of hitpoints you lost, or take half as much and nothing else on a save.
You can do this twice, and gain back all uses on a short or long rest.
Indomitable Presence
At 10th level, you have advantage on Charisma saving throws. When you succeed on a Charisma saving throw, you can use your reaction to cause the creature who forced you to make the saving throw to become frightened of you until the end of their next turn.
Additionally, choose one Charisma skill of which you are proficient. You gain expertise with the chosen skill, doubling your proficiency bonus for ability checks you make that use the chosen skill.
Deception Expertise
You gain expertise in deception
Intimation Expertise
You gain expertise in intimation
Performance Expertise
You gain expertise in performance.
Persuasion Expertise
You gain expertise in persuasion
Arcane Decree
At 14th level, you rise to the standard your patron expects of its chosen monarch and claim domain over one school of magic. Choose one of the following schools of magic: Abjuration, Conjuration, Divination, Enchantment, Evocation, Illusion, Necromancy, or Transmutation.
You can expend a warlock spell slot to cast any 5th-level spell or lower from the chosen school of magic. The spell can be from any spell list, and counts as a warlock spell for you while you are casting it.
Once you cast a spell using this feature, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.

Posted Jul 21, 2026Ok I like this Living throne idea but i think this subclass has some problems with its ability happening, also Grammar and spelling problems but I'll focus on the the more pressing issues.
Living Throne Spells: you called the spell list "Celestial Spells", when it's support to be "Throne/Living Throne Spells".
A. "Conventional" throne doesn't sell "Throne that determents the greatest of heroes and rulers" (Look up "The Devil's Trill" and how the creator describes the deface from his and the devil's for example)
B. Telepathy isn't a language
C. For the throne seen for a celestial flavor i wouldn't describe it as "Light" more "Angelic/Holy"
Blessings of the Emperor: this is just "Armor of Agathys" with some interesting changes but here are the problems:
A. The "empire's symbol" kind of feels like something that should've came up earlier
B. kind of feels like a cleric's/Paladin's "Channel Divinity" just saying
C. you say "Whenever a creature deals damage to you with a melee weapon attack while you have these hitpoints, you can use your reaction" even though they're Temporary Hit points
D. also isn't this ability for your allies? so why's it proking when You get hit and using Your reaction
Indomitable Presence: you can just say "Additionally, choose one Charisma skill of which you are proficient to gain expertise in.", the rest after that becomes irrelevant
If it was "Choose 2/3 of any level 5 or lower spell to cast once per long rest for free each" then it be awesome, but is this REALLY the capstone for a this subclass of should it be summoning your throne and having AOE support/debuff effects going for 10 minuets?
take or leave my suggestions
