Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Love are the poets, the romantics, and the enchanters of hearts. They wield the power of passion, affection, and desire, using the melodies and words that stir the soul to inspire others. These bards understand that love, in all its forms, is the most potent force in the world, capable of bringing people together, inspiring great deeds, or even moving mountains.
For bards of this college, love is more than a fleeting feeling — it is a source of magic as powerful as any spell. They have learned to use their charisma and charm to captivate and entrance, drawing out the hidden strengths and desires of those around them. Whether by a soft serenade under moonlight or a bold declaration before a crowd, they understand how to speak to the hearts of others and evoke emotions that empower or disarm.
Undying Love
At level 3, rather than be restricted by the 10 minute timer to use one of your bardic inspiration die, the creature that has the die is able to use it whenever they wish so long as it is before their next long rest. However, if that ally is downed and made to roll death saving throws while still having that bardic inspiration die, within that window of time, they will instead, automatically heal a number of hit points equal to the maximum number of your bardic inspiration die, getting back into the fight
Cherished One's Aid
Your love is not one sided as you can feel your allies reciprocate your feelings, making you refuse to fail when their eyes are on you. At level 3, when you are within 50 feet of a allied creature that you can see, you can choose to use their bonus for a skill check instead of your own if their bonus is higher. You must declare this before rolling the check.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Heartful Casting
At level 3, when you are within 25 feet of your target/targeted area and cast a spell that requires the target to roll a saving throw, your spell save DC goes up by 1, If it is 10 feet, the save increases by 2, and if your target/targeted area is within 5 feet, the save increases by 3.
Tough Love
Your words only strengthen your allies resolve. At level 6, when you give your ally a bardic inspiration die and they use it to increase their attack roll, that die is also added to their next damage roll.
Additionally, at level 10, that die is added to every subsequent damage roll your ally makes in that round, but only if that first attack roll results in a hit. However, it is not added to each attack roll they make in a turn, only damage rolls.
Song of Unwavering Love
At level 14, once per long rest, you can target a number of allies less than or equal to your proficiency bonus within 30ft. Excluding the regaining of health, these individuals will benefit from all of the effects of a long rest. You cannot target yourself with this ability and can only use this once per long rest
