Taunt

Taunting Presence
Starting at 3rd level, you master the art of verbal jabs and commanding distractions, turning your wit into a powerful weapon against your foes. Through carefully placed taunts, you can disrupt your enemies' focus and reduce their effectiveness in combat.

  • Gaining Taunt Stacks: As an action, you can build up your focus and unleash your cutting words in future moments. When you use this action, you gain one Taunt Stack. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

  • Using Taunt Stacks: When a creature within 60 feet of you that you can see makes an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can use your reaction to expend one Taunt Stack and reduce their roll. The reduction is determined by rolling a Taunt Die, which is one size smaller than your Bardic Inspiration die (e.g., if your Bardic Inspiration die is a d8, your Taunt Die is a d6). Subtract the result from the creature’s roll, and they must use the new total.

  • Scaling Effects: The size of your Taunt Die scales with your Bardic Inspiration die. At 5th level, it becomes a d6; at 10th level, it becomes a d8; and at 15th level, it becomes a d10.

Your taunts are so well-timed and effective that they throw even the most prepared foes off balance. Their frustration becomes your weapon, allowing you to turn the tide of combat in your favor.

Level 3: Mavelovent Inspiration

Malevolent Inspiration
Starting at 3rd level, your words are as sharp as your wit, and you inspire allies not just to act, but to strike with deadly precision while sowing chaos in the minds of their foes. You can use your Bardic Inspiration to both empower your allies and harm their enemies.

  • Empowered Strikes: When a creature uses one of your Bardic Inspiration dice to enhance an attack roll, they can choose to convert the inspiration into Malevolent Force. If the attack hits, the creature adds the Bardic Inspiration die to the damage roll as psychic damage, reflecting the searing effect of your words. Additionally, the creature can impose one of two effects. If the recipient fails a Wis. Saving Throw(Spell Save DC of the Bard), the creature can choose whether to impose disadvantage on attacks on the creature or cause a taunt(disadvantage on attacks against all other creatures
