Move and Strike with Supernatural Speed

Warriors of the the Swift Foot focus their power to enhance their reflexes and agility to incredible degrees. They act without delay, weaving through the fray of battle like a blur and striking with deadly force.

Level 3: Accelerated Aspect

You focus your energy to enhance your reflexes, and the world slows to a crawl. You can give yourself a bonus to your Initiative rolls equal to your Wisdom modifier.

In addition, you can use your Focused Step of the Wind without expending Focus Points a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

Level 3: Swift Foot Technique

You learn to rush down your foes with blinding speed. When you use Step of the Wind, you can also use Flurry of Blows before the end of the turn (while still expending Focus Points for Flurry of Blows).

Level 6: Momentum Strike

You can channel your momentum into your strikes. If you move at least 10 feet in a straight line toward a target immediately before using your Stunning Strike feature, you can choose to deal extra damage to the target equal to your Martial Arts die, or push the target up to 10 feet away if it is no more than one size larger than you.

Level 11: Improved Technique

You master utilizing your speed in combat. When you use Step of the Wind, you can now take any Bonus Action other than Step of the Wind before the end of the turn (not just Flurry of Blows).

Level 11: Heightened Momentum

You gain better control over your momentum. If you move at least 20 feet in a straight line instead of 10 feet when you use your Momentum Strike, you can deal both extra damage and push the target at the same time.

Level 17: Transcendent Celerity

You can empower yourself to temporarily surpass your limits. You can expend 5 Focus Points to cast the Haste spell on yourself without components. When you cast it with this feature, the spell doesn’t require Concentration, and you don't suffer the wave of lethargy that typically occurs when the spell ends.
