Base Class: Monk
The path of the phoenix is not a popular way of life for most monk. The monks of this order spend year becoming engulfed in the very essence and energy they control. The monks that follow the phoenix are very resilient to fire and use that same fire to eventually give them the ability to transcend death.
Fiery Soul
Starting at 3rd level, the monk gains resistance to fire damage. By getting mystical tattoos in the image of phoenix feathers on the body of the monks, when ever they take fire damage the tattoos glow in orange and red hues.
Phoenix Talons
the monks of the order gain the ability to super heat their bare-fist and feet. With the expenditure of 2 Ki Points, the monk can take a bonus action to deal additional fire damage to with their unarmed strikes for 1 minute; you add 1d4 fire damage.
The damage scales as you level up: 6th, 1d6; 9th, 1d8; 11th, 1d10; 17th, 1d12
Fiery Essence
At 6th level, your connection with the Phoenix allows you to use the powers of the Phoenix and unleash a devastating blast of it's essence, you can as a bonus action spend 2 ki points and cast burning hands at 1st level.
Wings of the Phoenix
At 11th level, You have through training channeled the Phoenix into your body, allowing you to have flaming wings giving you a flying speed of 30 feet as a bonus action, and dismissing them as a bonus action
From the ashes
at 17th level, you can return to the world of the living, once per 10 days, when you die you turn into a pile of ashes any creature that touch these ashes take 1d6 fire damage, after 1d10 rounds you return to life with 1 hit point rising from your ashes and scorching those around you. Dealing 8d6 fire damage to creatures within 15ft other than you; the DC is calculated: 8 + Proficiency bonus + Wisdom
