Base Class: Druid
Druids of the Circle of the Damned travel a different path from most druids, taking on Infernal forms instead of bestial ones. They often hail from places near portals to the Abyss and Nine Hells, and a rare few may even come from one of those realms itself. Their reasons for doing so differ, some taking the demonic forms because they see it as another form of nature, and others for the supernatural power it grants and the fear it strikes into people's hearts.
Combat Wild Shape
When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you gain the ability to use Wild Shape on your turn as a bonus action, rather than as an action.
Additionally, while you are transformed by Wild Shape, you can use a bonus action to expend one spell slot to regain 1d8 hit points per level of the spell slot expended.
Circle Forms
The rites of your circle grant you the ability to transform into more dangerous forms. Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Wild Shape to transform into a beast with a challenge rating as high as 1 (you ignore the Max CR column of the Beast Shapes table, but must abide by the other limitations there). When you transform in this way, you may add the Infernal stand-alone sub-race to your beast form.
Starting at 6th level, you can transform into a beast or fiend with a challenge rating as high as your druid level divided by 3, rounded down. The Infernal template can only be applied to creatures with the Beast subtype.
Infernal Antagonist
Starting at 6th level, whenever a hostile creature within 10 feet of you must make a saving throw, the creature gains a detriment to the saving throw equal to your Wisdom modifier (with a minimum bonus of +1). You must be conscious to grant this bonus. Additionally, you learn the Compelled Duel spell.
Infuriating Presence
Starting at 10th level, when a creature within 10 feet of you including yourself makes an attack roll, they may re-roll their damage dice and take the higher result, as long as you are in beast form.
Fiendish Form
Starting at 14th level, you can expend two Wild Shape uses to transform into a fiend with a CR equal to half your Druid level instead of one third of it. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Posted Apr 1, 2021Infernal Antagonist should probably be a PB per long rest reaction. Also, is Infuriating Presence, supposed to effect your enemies; if not, you may want to fix that.
Hope this helps!
