Base Class: Fighter
Most others would think to simply attack with their weapons out, or with their bow already drawn back. You see the world a bit differently. Discipline has taught you that perhaps there was a way to strike while still landing your blow, and utilizing the movements you take to your advantage. Suddenly, the wind pushes against he who is in thought, and he simply flows with it.
A fighting style developed to defeat one's foes before there is even a chance to react. The wind shall push you towards that goal.
Art of the Draw
When you choose this archetype, you gain proficiency with the Sleight of Hand skill, and due to your quick movements, gain advantage on initiative .
Inhuman Speed
When you choose this archetype, you gain a permanent 15 feet of movement speed in combat, and also gain advantage on dexterity saving throws.
Dancing with the Wind
Starting at the 3rd level, you have learned to utilize the power of quickly removing your weapon from its sheathe to attack your enemy. If you have moved at least 15 feet towards your opponent, using a finesse weapon, and your weapon has still not been drawn, you may add force damage equal to your Quick Draw damage. After making you attack, you may re-sheathe your weapon.
If your weapon is magical, then the force damage is channeled through your weapon becoming arcane magic damage for overcoming resistance and immunity.

Heightened Instincts
You stern training and constant battling have started affect on your body and it begins to react on its own. Starting at the 7th level, you may use a reaction to impose disadvantage for an attack against you if the attack is ranged, or if the attack is a melee attack you may raise your AC by 2. If the attack misses, and if it was a melee attack, you may make an attack against them using a Quick Draw.
Bushido
You have finally found a balance between honor and brutality both in your strikes and within your heart, which gives people either a sense of dread, or leaving them at peace when they speak to you. Starting at the 10th level, you gain proficiency in either intimidation or persuasion. Your force damage is increased to d6
Master of the Art
At the 15th level, you have achieved nothing short of perfection in your craft of drawing your blade. You now only have to move 10 feet to use Dancing in the Wind. Also if anyone enters a 10 foot range, or provokes an opportunity attack by attempting to leave a 10 foot range, you may make an opportunity attack against them using your Quick Draw. You move to an enemy's location to do this, but you do not provoke any opportunity attacks from an enemy.
Blessing of the Wind: GodSpeed
In return for your dedication and endless efforts, the magic in the air seems to have blessed you with the power to move faster than any mortal eye can see. You no longer provoke any opportunity attacks, and you may enter a state in which no being can match your sheer speed. When you use GodSpeed, you may make a perception check (with advantage) to try and locate all enemies within the room. You are then granted enough extra attacks to hit every enemy you have noticed and your movement speed is increased by 500 feet while GodSpeed is active. You may use GodSpeed and stay in the state of GodSpeed for a maximum of 4 rounds (4 of your turns). You may also add Quick Draw damage, regardless of how far you have moved.
However, this power is not without consequence.
You may not strike the same enemy more than once per turn with GodSpeed active. Once GodSpeed ends, fatigue settles in. You are considered incapacitated by Xd4 rounds (X being the number of rounds you were in Godspeed). Double this number if you are wearing medium armor, and triple this number if you are wearing heavy armor. Finally, if you were in GodSpeed for 3 or more rounds, you have torn your muscles and must wait 2d4 days before using the ability again.

Posted Aug 20, 2018I wanted for the fighter to have a level scaling attack like the rogue did, but not actually a full on carbon copy. The gimmick of this class is that you strike at your opponents with such speed and force that instead of just normal weapon damage, the added speed which your striking with also does some damage, kind of like a wind up to a really powerful strike.

Posted Aug 20, 2018I love this subclass, but I was wondering if the needing to move to be able to use certain abilities is too much condition wise. I don't think it would be necessary, but I would be interested to hear any reasons why that the required movement helps keep it balanced.
