Base Class: Rogue
There are fighters that hide among the trees and dart out in ambushes against those unfortunate enough to enter their territory. While most Rogues focus on the concept of the perfect kill and patiently wait for their mark to show a vulnerability, a Kali Warrior prefers overwhelming their target with blinding speed and accuracy at close range. A quick slice to tendons and arteries makes quick work of those not expecting the sudden attack. They are close-quarters dagger brawlers that render their opponent's defenses useless, then going in for the kill.
Precision Instrument
At 3rd lvl, due to your martial focus with daggers, their damage increases dealing 1d6 when used for melee attacks. In addition, when you are fighting with two daggers, you can either increase your AC by 1 or increase you attack bonus by 1. This benefit can be changed with a bonus action.
At 11th lvl, the damage increases again. Your daggers now do 1d8 damage.
Cut it Out
At 3rd level, as part of an attack action you strike an enemy at their most vulnerable points, crippling them. You can decrease your sneak attack damage by 2d6 to disable either your opponent's mobility or attack power.
Hamstring - Your opponent's speed becomes 10 ft until the end of their next turn.
Tendon - All of your opponent's attacks have disadvantage until the end of their next turn.
This ability can be used up to a number of times equal to your Dex modifier and are replenished after a short or long rest.
Swift Blades
Starting at 9th level, whenever you take the attack action with a dagger, you can make one additional attack. This does not stack if you have the Extra Attack feature from another source.
Sever Strike
Starting at 13th level, you now score a critical hit on a natural roll of 19 or 20.
Also, when you score a critical hit, you have a chance to disable your target. The target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + your Dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus). On a failed save, the creature loses one of its attack options and cannot use the attack until it is healed by magical means or natural. This attack still applies on targets that do not have limbs as the strikes are focused on the anatomy of the individual target.
Eviscerate
At 17th level, once your opponent is disabled, bloody and broken, a final flurry is all that is left to end the fight.
Until the beginning of your next turn, all weapon attacks you make that hit deal maximum damage. This includes sneak attack.
This ability can be used once per short rest.
