Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

With this subclass, exploitation is the name of the game and you will come to embody all that it is as the world bows before you and your fellow NERDS.

No

When you say that you would like to use this subclass to your DM, or choose it when you level up, you must recite this message to them, which must be repeated word-for-word:

"Hello. I am the creator of this subclass. I am possessing your player to tell you that I highly recomend you look at the subclass before giving the go-ahead on them chosing it, if you have not already seen it. Know that you very much have the option to say, 'No,' and that this playr is forced to choose a different Wizard subclass, because this one is... something."

If you are using a digital or written medium to communicate with your DM, you must include the typos on the words "recomend," "chosing" and "playr", no matter how much they bother you. If you are speaking to them, you have the option to pronounce the misspelled words as though they weren't misspelled, or to pronounce them as they are spelled in the message above.

Favorite Class

Everyone has one, be it because of your teacher, or you just liked the topic it covered. I prefer Physical Education because it rhymes with my name.

Starting at 6th level, you gain benefits based on your favorite class, which you naturally paid special attention to. Your favorite class may be one of the following:

  • Math
  • Biology
  • Literature
  • Physical Education
  • History
  • Alternatively, you might have No Favorite Class, and you spent all of your time with friends.

You can choose 2 Favorite Classes at 2nd level, as well as additional Classes at 8th and 15th level.

Biology

The DC of your Stabilization checks is 5, rather than 10.

History

You can add double your Proficiency Bonus to History checks.

Literature

Allows you to read all written "Standard" languages, and 2 "Exotic" languages.

Math

You can add 2d6 additional Psychic damage to any attack you make. This damage cannot miss, even if the attack missed. You cannot use this damage more than once in your turn.

No Favorite

You gain Proficiency in Persuasion and Performance.

Physical Education

You gain +1 to Strength and Proficiency in Athletics.

Looping Back

Whenever you cast a spell that does damage, you can opt to add additional steps to deal even more damage. Once you declare that the spell is cast, you must improvise a multi-step math problem that must both start and end with the amount of damage done. While doing this problem, the following restrictions apply:

  • The entire problem must take around 10 seconds to finish (if a dispute occurs between whether or not it was completed within the time, the ruling is up to the DM).
  • The problem can have a number of steps equal to your Wizard level.
  • You cannot use the same number twice during any parts of the problem.
  • You cannot repeat any steps taken (such at +8 or *3) more than once per long rest.

If any of the above requirements are not met or failed, you expend a use but gain none of the benefits of this feature.

The spell then deals an amount of damage equal to the number of steps in the problem -1, *5. The type of damage is the same as the spell. If the spell deals multiple damage types, you as the player can decide which damage type is dealt out of the damage types of the spell.

(Ex: If a Wizard were to cast a spell that does 8 damage, they could then multiply it by 3 and then subtract 16, which equals 8 again, to deal an additional 2 damage)

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain expended uses at the end of a long rest.

Extra-D&D-cular Reading

Beginning at 10th level, you can choose to guess the Hit Points (current or maximum), Armour Class, Actions or Abilities, Senses, or Ability Scores (only one) of one creature you can clearly see within 60 feet of you. The DM then answers yes or no, depending on whether or not your guess was correct. Abilities guessed must be clearly named as it is, but nothing else is required for the guess to be considered "correct."

If you guess any of the things listed above correctly, you feel good about yourself and get advantage on the next Attack Roll or Skill Check you make.

Alternatively, you can choose to guess the name of the creature if you are not sure. Any part of the creature's name in parentheses does not need to be guessed, but can be.

You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Wizard level /5 (rounded down). You regain all uses when you finish a long rest.

I Know I'm Right

Starting at 14th level, as an action, you can force the enemy to debate with you for all of eternity (or just one minute).
