Base Class: Barbarian
Some archdevils consort with mortals to produce cambion offspring. These barbarians are special, however. They have made a pact with a Demon Lord to become a child of the evil creatures, or perhaps they are descendants of the Demon Lord themselves. The demons fuel the barbarians rage, pushing them ever closer to the evil side of the abyss.
Demonic Boon
You have made a pact with a Demon Lord and are accepted as its child, or perhaps you are a descendant of the Demon Lord itself. Roll or choose a Demon Lord from the table below, granting you different features based on which Boon you take.

| Yeenoghu | Yeenoghu's followers form packs of cannibalistic marauders. They grow more like gnolls in temperament with each passing day. |
| Zuggtmoy | Zuggtmoy's followers are primarily mindless victims of her children's strange spores. The spores burrow into a victim's brain, turning it into a fanatic servitor. |
