Base Class: Fighter
Since time immemorial, Bahamut and Tiamat have been in an eternal struggle for dominance, good versus evil. But the two have came to the same conclusion. A continued struggle would do more harm on both sides. A compromise had to be made, a balance. Agreeing to this uneasy truce, a cold war between the two deities commenced, where Bahamut focused on morally questionable individuals in an attempt to bring redeem them into something good, Tiamat focuses on the good natured and noble fighters, trying to corrupt them into her pawns.
Spellcasting
When you reach 3rd level, you augment your martial prowess with the ability to cast spells. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting and the Spells Listing for the warlock spell list.
Cantrips
You learn two cantrips of your choice from the warlock spell list. You learn an additional warlock cantrip of your choice at 10th level.
Spell Slots
The Draconic Knight Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
For example, if you know the 1st-level spell shield and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast shield using either slot.
Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher
You know three 1st-level warlock spells of your choice, two of which you must choose from the abjuration and evocation spells on the warlock spell list.
The Spells Known column of the Draconic Knight Spellcasting table shows when you learn more spells of 1st level or higher. Each of these spells must be an abjuration or evocation spell of your choice, and must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For instance, when you reach 7th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.
The spells you learn at 8th, 14th, and 20th level can come from any school of magic.
Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the warlock spells you know with another spell of your choice from the warlock spell list. The new spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots, and it must be an abjuration or evocation spell, unless you’re replacing the spell you gained at 3rd, 8th, 14th, or 20th level from any school of magic.
Spellcasting Ability
Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your wizard spells, since you were gifted your spells through your patron draconic deity. You use your Charisma whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a warlock spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier

Dragon's Breath
At 3rd level, you are gifted power by your patron to the dragon's breath ability, allowing you to use once every long rest a specific, predetermined dragon's breath that you choose immediately after your long rest. You are bound to your decision until either you use said breath attack, or if you haven't used it after your next long rest where you can then choose on another breath attack.
The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level.
Draconic Knights cursed by Tiamat are restricted to using the powers of that of chromatic dragons. Along with the base damage, an additional 1d4 die is rolled to add to the damage of said breath attack on a failed save, and half as much on a successful save but you also take the same 1d4 damage damage on a failed save, half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to a 2d4 at 6th level, 3d4 at 11th level, and 4d4 at 16th level.
Draconic Knights blessed by Bahamut are restricted to using the powers of that of metallic dragons. After a breath attack is made, you will be able to make an unstable blink. Roll a 1d6 die to determine how long said blink would last. A 1-2 rolled would allow you to blink 1 second amount of distance traveled, a 3-4 would allow you to blink 2 seconds worth of distance traveled, and a 5-6 would allow you to blink 3 seconds worth of distance traveled. At 6th level, the die increases to a 1d8 (7-8 rolled would allow you to blink 4 seconds worth of distance traveled), at 11th level it increases to a 1d10 (9-10 rolled would allow you to blink 5 seconds worth of distance traveled), and a 1d12 (11-12 rolled would allow you to blink 6 seconds of distance traveled) at 16th level.
War Magic
Beginning at 7th level, when you use your action to cast a cantrip, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.
Eldritch Strike
At 10th level, you learn how to make your weapon strikes undercut a creature’s resistance to your spells. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, that creature has disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes against a spell you cast before the end of your next turn.
Arcane Charge
At 15th level, you gain the ability to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see when you use your Action Surge. You can teleport before or after the additional action.
Improved War Magic
Starting at 18th level, when you use your action to cast a spell, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.

Posted Oct 31, 2018I ran into the problem of posting this as I have all of the listed spells in dndbeyond, and since I was "using" paid content I couldn't publish it. If you are going to use this class, just remember, as well as tell your DM, that your spell list is that of the Warlock class
