Base Class: Warlock
Because the god of minor electric shocks does not have a single cleric or paladin he has resorted to hiring particularly foolish warlocks who don't realize that which patron they choose makes a difference.
Minor Electric Shock
Starting at 1st level you gain the cantrip Minor Electric Shock this does not take up a cantrip slot and if you already chose it you can replace it with a different cantrip.
Multiple Minor Electric Shocks
Starting at 6th level you can cast the cantrip Minor Electric Shock as an action or bonus action. This will not impede other spellcasting it will only use up the chosen action type. This feature can also be stacked to give you multiple casts of Minor Electric Shock in a single turn as long as you expand an action or bonus action each time.
Divine Intervention
Starting at 10th level as an action you can attempt to persuade the God of Minor Electric Shocks to help you. Roll a charisma (Persuasion) skill check with a DC 10, on a success you can cast Minor Electric Shock to anyone anywhere within the God of Minor Electric Shocks domain. On a critical success you can do so twice. On a failure this feature cannot be used again until you complete a short rest, on a critical failure this feature cannot be used again until you complete a long rest and the damage of Minor Electric Shock is dealt to you instead.
If Brad is present and not the one attempting to use this feature he can overrule the outcome of the roll even if he is not the current DM.
"Please don't leave me" - shocky boi
At 14th level you are probably the strongest guy the God of Minor Electric shocks has working for him and as such he will do pretty much anything to help you out. You can use divine intervention on up to 1d20 creatures at a time, however on a critical failure will face the same number of electric shocks yourself. Also any minor electric shock you cast using either the cantrip or a class feature will always break the opponents concentration.
