College of War Cries

A bard uses musical magic to soothe their allies and deafen their foes, however a bard of the College of War Cries takes that a step further. Many perceive shouting to be a primitive method, however these bards are master tacticians, able to rally their allies and demoralize their enemies.

Battle Bard

When you join the College of War Cries at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in constitution saving throws and martial weapons.

War Cry

Also at third level, you learn how to bellow a thunderous war cry by expending a bardic inspiration die.  When you bellow your war cry as a bonus action you can choose one ally to motivate. That ally gains resistance to piercing, slashing, and bludgeoning from non-magical  attacks. Additionally the target can choose to let loose their own war cry, which causes enemies within 5ft of the target to have disadvantage on all attack rolls on any target except for them until the end of the allie's next turn.

Rally

Starting at 6th level, you can expend your bonus action to rally allies to a certain point. All allies within 60ft that can hear you may choose to move their movespeed towards that point, move half their movespeed towards that point without provoking opportunity attacks, or stay where they are. You can only use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma Modifier per long rest.

Cheer

Starting at 14th level, when an ally lands the killing blow on an enemy within 60ft of you, you can use your reaction to let loose a cheer that affect all allies within 60ft of you. All of your allies may do one of the following in addition to moving their full movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks:

Take the attack Action as a Bonus Action

Cast a cantrip or a spell with a casting time of one Action as a Bonus Action

(Just moving does not take your allie's Reaction)

Your allies do this in order of Initiative, and you can only use this feature once per long rest. Alternatively you can expend 3 Bardic Inspiration die to use this feature again.
