Base Class: Cleric
Eilistraee is the chaotic good drow goddess of song, dance, swordwork, hunting, moonlight, goodness, and beauty.
The worshipers of Eilistraee were mostly drow who hoped to escape the danger and darkness of the Underdark and Lolth's evil, taking back their place in the surface world and living at peace with all other races. However, in line with her ideals, Eilistraee would welcome and accept beings of all races who desired to see all people living in harmony, without pointless discrimination or wars, and worked towards that goal.

Bonus Proficiency
When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with performance and all bladed melee martial weapons.
Song of the Dark Maiden
Also starting at 1st level, as long as you are not silenced, restrained or incapacitated, you can use charisma as your spellcasting ability, for your cleric spells and cantrips.
Channel Divinity: Moonfire
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to evoke Moonfire.
As a bonus action, you present your holy symbol or sing a song to the Dark Maiden and evoke Moonfire, which is a floating globule of moonlight with a color that ranges from a silvery white to a deep blue, that sheds an ammount of light that can be controlled by the caster. At it's brightest, the globule of moonfire sheds bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. During your turn, you can control the brightness of the light and move it at will in a 40-foot sphere around you, winking out of existance if it goes any further. The bright light shed by a globule of Moonfire is moonlight. whenever it comes into contact with a darkness spell, both negate each other in the overlapping region.
Entrancing Song
Beginning at 6th level, Eilistraee blesses your voice with a captivating energy. When you use an action to cast a spell of 1st level or higher that has a Verbal component, you can as a bonus action sing a song to Eilistraee, which can be heard by any creature within 45 feet. You can choose any number of creatures that can hear your song up to your charisma modifier (minimum of 1), who must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. Evil-aligned creatures make the save with advantage and Drow that are not evil-aligned make it with disadvantage. On a failed save, the creature becomes friendly to you untill the begining of it's next turn and must use it's reaction to move towards you at half-speed. The creature doesn't move into obviously dangerous ground and if it was not friendly before, it does not provoke attacks of opportunity. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your cleric's spellcasting modifier and regain all uses on a long rest.
Sword Dance
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your swords with lunar energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a sword, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d4 radiant damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d4. This damage is doubled when you and your target are in direct moonlight.
You also gain the ability to perform the Sword Dance ritual during a long rest. The Sword Dance is a ritual held when a new sword is forged or acquired by a worshiper of Eilistraee, in order to ask her blessing on the blade. It is performed by planting the weapon in the ground (the point turned down), and then dancing in the moonlight, drawing a drop of blood from each limb by momentarily moving against the blade. If the ritual is successful, the sword gleams with silvery light, and for three months it won't rust and will count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
Performing this ritual keeps you from gaining the full benefits of a long rest, as your body and mind are exhausted by it. You only regain half the hit points you are missing and you don't remove any points of exhaustion.
Moonsong
Starting at 17th level, when you travel by moonlight, you and your companions are able to move at a fast pace with none of the associated penalties.
You also gain the ability to perform the Moonsong ritual.
The Moonsong is a ritual in which the priestesses sing a sweet melody reminiscent of the sound of the wind, summoning a soft curtain of moonlight. They then start to softly dance within it, entering in tune with Eilistraee's magic. As the priestesses do that, they can hear the songs of distant lands, joyful melodies that each place and the people that live there sing when lit by the moon. Once the song of the place chosen as the destination, or of its people, is heard, the priestess need to follow it and be transported there along beams of moonlight.

Posted Sep 24, 2022"as long as you are not silenced, restrained or incapacitated, you can use charisma as your spellcasting ability, for your cleric spells and cantrips."
but the way you implement that in d&d beyond forces the use of charisma as a spell casting ability. resulting in my Drow fighter that multiclassed into cleric with a 13 Wisdom but Charisma was my dump stat. So casting healing word and rolling a 1 meant that I healed for 0 hit points. which was funny mostly.
also when you gain domain spells those spells are in addition to the spells that you can learn. this means that you get to pick three spells at level one and then your Domain grants you two spells that are specific to that domain. not that at level one you get to pick one spell and two spells are picked for you. you maybe already knew this but the form on d&d beyond for adding spells is a bit confusing when you add a spell to a feature you will see an option that says "Counts as Known Spell" down by "Always Prepared" and "Consumes Spell Slot"
you want to toggle that "Counts as Known Spell" to No indicating that you don't want to have the domain spell count against your pool of known spells. then on "Always Prepared" toggle that to Yes, as domain spells are always available to you. however they are not for free, so toggle "Consumes Spell Slot" to Yes.
