Base Class: Monk

Having trained deep in Thailand you are a master of having your body become a weapon utilizing different styles to best your opponent. Battle-tested and hardened no opponent scares you no matter how great. Respect is in your nature but in the end you exist to protect those that you care about most by any means necessary, usually ending in the bloodshed of anyone who stands in your way.

Art of 8 Limbs

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can take advantage of your opponent's weaknesses with your style knowledge. You may sacrifice your bonus action on your turn and spend 1 ki point to choose one of the following after you make an unarmed strike as your action:

  • Muay Mat. You shrug off incoming attacks and deal devastating punches to your opponent's face. They must succeed a Dexterity saving throw or be blinded by the swelling blinded.
  • Muay Khao. You lock up your opponent directly in front of you in your deadly clinch, pummeling them with knees. Opponent must succeed a Strength saving throw or become grappled by you. Any time the grappled creature tries to break free or attack you you may make an unarmed strike as a bonus action.
  • Muay Tae. Your devastating kicks rain down on your opponent, breaking their body and their spirit. They must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become weakened. Whenever the opponent makes a weapon attack roll your unarmed strike die and reduce the damage of the attack by the total rolled. This dice roll includes your modifier.

Body Conditioning

At 6th level, your hardened body shrugs off any attack that comes your way. As an action, you can reduce incoming weapon attack damage equal to three times your monk level. Once depleted you must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.

Champion's Reflexes

Beginning at 11th level, your fight experience grows so great your reflexes are heightened to a new degree enabling you brush off attacks. You can cast the spell shield at will 3 times per long rest.

Muay Femur

At 17th level, you embrace the final style and become fully in tune with your skillset embodying the gracefulness of Muay Thai. As an action, you can spend 3 ki points to completely outmatch your opponent. You use the sharpest parts of your body to inflict maximum damage. When you use this action, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, it is reduced to 0 hit points. If it succeeds, it takes 10d10 force damage.

Using this action consumes your bonus action.
