Since the beginning of recorded history, dragons and their kin have laid waste to cities and destroyed entire kindoms with their destructive force. After the burning of the great Bloodhunter fortress at Hagmarr's Tooth, a new splinter-cell of Bloodhunters have begun infusing themselves with dragons' blood. These Dragonslayers are formidable foes, and will stop at nothing to eradicate all dragon-kind who pose a threat to the mortal races.

Dragon's Bane

When you join this order at 3rd level, you choose a type of dragon to be your specialty. This specialty will grant you special abilities relating to the chosen dragon's element.

Black Dragon Blood

You have the blood of a Black Dragon coursing through your veins. For all of the following features, your type is acid.

Blue Dragon Blood

You have the blood of a Blue Dragon coursing through your veins. For all of the following features, your type is lightning.

Green Dragon Blood

You have the blood of a Green Dragon coursing through your veins. For all of the following features, your type is poison.

Red Dragon Blood

You have the blood of a Red Dragon coursing through your veins. For all of the following features, your type is fire.

White Dragon Blood

You have the blood of a White Dragon coursing through your veins. For all of the following features, your type is cold.

Elemental Fury

With dragon's blood running through your veins, you now learn the rite pertaining to your elemental specialty: Rite of the Flame, Rite of the Frozen, Rite of the Storm, or the two new rites, Rite of the Melting and Rite of the Decay (detailed below). The damage you recieve when you activate the rite is halved. These rites are created for killing dragons, so when you use this rite, it ignores any damage immunity to it's type if it is being used against a dragon. When fighting a dragon, you can also roll an extra Crimson Rite damage die.

Rite of the Decay

Your rite damage is poison type.

Rite of the Flame

Your rite damage is fire type.

Rite of the Frozen

Your rite damage is cold type.

Rite of the Melting

Your rite damage is acid type.

Rite of the Storm

Your rite damage is lightning type.

Slayer's Breath

By 7th level, the dragon's blood has infused itself within your body chemistry so much that you no longer need to channel its innate magic through rites. You can now cast the Dragon's Breath (see Xanathar's Guide to Everything) spell, with some alterations:

  • You can only cast the spell on yourself, no one else.
  • You do not need the material component or a focus.
  • You can only cast the spell with your elemental specialty.
  • Once you use this spell, you cannot cast it again until you have completed a long rest.
  • This functions as if you were casting the spell with a 4th level spell slot, so the damage dice are 5d6.
  • As with the Elemental Fury rites, this ignores damage immunities to the damage type if it is being used against a dragon.

Dragon Hide

By 11th level, your skin has begun to harden and grow scales. As such, you gain a resistance to your elemental specialty damage type. Your AC and Hit Point Maximum also increase by either your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice).

Wings of Death

By 15th level, you can use a bonus action to grow a pair of dragon wings from your back. While these wings are active, you have a flying speed that equals your walking speed. You can use a bonus action to retract these wings back into you. You cannot manifest your wings if you are wearing armor that has not been modified to accomidate them. Clothing that hasn't been modified may be destroyed when you activate the wings.

Soul of a Dragon

You have become one with the dragon inside you. As an action, you can transform into a dragon wyrmling of your elemental specialty for one minute. You use the stat block in the Monster Manual, with certain alterations.

  • Your Hit Point Maximum, Ability Scores, Saving Throws, and Skills remain the same between your human and dragon forms.
  • You can speak any languages you can usually speak as well as Draconic.
  • The damage dice for your breath weapon is 10d6.

You can only use this ablity once, before you have to take a long rest in order to use it again.
