Base Class: Fighter
The archetypal Fey-Touched Warrior combines the martial mastery common to all fighters with an innate ability to cast magic. Fey-Touched Warriors are commonly Eladrin, or those who have had prolonged-contact and training with a Fey, who use magical techniques similar to those passed down for centuries in the Feywild. Their magic is everchanging as the seasons, and can be very unpredictable.
Spellcasting
When you reach 3rd level, you augment your martial prowess with the ability to cast spells. See Spells Rules for the general rules of spellcasting and the Spells Listing for the bard and sorcerer spell lists.
Cantrips
You learn two cantrips of your choice from the bard or sorcerer spell lists. You learn an additional cantrip of your choice at 10th level.
Spell Slots
The Fey-Touched Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
For example, if you know the 1st-level spell shield and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast shield using either slot.
Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher
You know three 1st-level spells of your choice, two of which you must choose from the following schools, if you are Eladrin:
- Spring - enchantment and illusion.
- Summer - divination and transmutation
- Autumn - abjuration and conjuration
- Winter - evocation and necromancy
The Spells Known column of the Fey-Touched Spellcasting table shows when you learn more spells of 1st level or higher. For instance, when you reach 7th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.
Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the spells you know with another spell of your choice from the spell list. The new spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
If you are an Eladrin, you can (and will for two of them) replace your spells when your season changes.
Spellcasting Ability
Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your spells, since your ability to cast magic comes from your history with the fey. You use your Charisma whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier

Weapon Bond
At 3rd level, you learn a ritual that creates a magical bond between yourself and one weapon. You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. The weapon must be within your reach throughout the ritual, at the conclusion of which you touch the weapon and forge the bond.
Once you have bonded a weapon to yourself, you can’t be disarmed of that weapon unless you are incapacitated. If it is on the same plane of existence, you can summon that weapon as a bonus action on your turn, causing it to teleport instantly to your hand.
You can have up to two bonded weapons, but can summon only one at a time with your bonus action, unless you have the dual-wielding fighting style, which will allow you to summon two at a time. If you attempt to bond with a third weapon, you must break the bond with one of the other two.
Feywild Warrior
You are familiar with the unnavigable nature of the Feywild, so traversing different terrain does not impede your movement. Beginning at 7th level, choose two favored terrains from the following list: arctic, coast, desert, forest, grassland, mountain, swamp, or the Underdark. During combat, difficult terrain in these chosen environments, whether natural or magical, do not effect you.
Arctic
Arctic is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Coast
Coast is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Desert
Desert is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Forest
Forest is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Grassland
Grassland is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Mountain
Mountain is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Swamp
Swamp is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Underdark
Underdark is one of your favored terrains. Difficult terrain here does not effect you.
Fey Presence
At 10th level, you learn how to use your fey traits to turn battle in your favor. When a creature within 5 feet of you attempts to attack you, you may use your reaction to force the creature to make a Wisdom saving throw, or else become charmed by you until the end of it's turn. The saving throw DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. If the creature fails, it must spend the rest of its movement and action attacking another creature of your choice, or else waste its turn.
At 18th level, you can use this ability as your reaction if a creature attempts to attack an ally you can see within 30 feet of you.
Fey Flight
At 15th level, you gain the ability to sprout a pair of fey-styled wings from your back, gaining a flying speed equal to your current speed. You can create these wings as a bonus action on your turn. The wings last until you’re incapacitated you die, or you dismiss them as a bonus action.
You can’t manifest your wings while wearing armor unless the armor is made to accommodate them, and clothing not made to accommodate your wings might be destroyed when you manifest them.
Improved Fey Magic
Starting at 18th level, when you use your action to cast a spell, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.
