As far as I can see in my spellbook (Free tier, wizard character) costly material components aren't listed. For example, Identify requires a pearl worth at least 100gp but I see no mention of it. Am I missing something or is this just missing? I can see that it's listed in the spell listing compendium but it seems like it ought to be in the spellbook as well so that players have this kind of information immediately to hand.
The Prismatic Wall spell uses an older description of the spell. It references something called a rod of cancellation, which was removed in the PHB errata.
Any plans to have spells impact the character sheet? Or have the option to toggle the effects of a spell on your character sheet? For example a bladesinger wizard in our party has mage armor could we get a way to have it effect his AC, or another members of the party to auto update the AC to have the buff? Or have the Bladesinger Bladesong impact the AC, as well as the movespeed? Also what about a turn counter for a spell that for example last 60 seconds, have a 10 second turn counter/ checkbox that you can keep track of via the site, or the app down the road?

Yes, definitely planned.
Awesome, Bad Eye, glad to hear this. LOVE these ideas :)
I was trirying to filter spells by source by selecting only Xanatar's guide spells, but it didn't works.
There are a large number of spells in XGtE that are reprints from the Elemental Evil supplement. Instead of duplicating data, the sources, in the case of spells, are linked. Thus, if you filter spells by XGtE you will also see the spells from EE that are inclusive.
Could you guys please put all cantrips that a character knows together on the spell page? My character (a 9th level Tiefling Warlock) has a total of 5 cantrips that she curretly know: 3 from her class, 1 from her Infernal Legacy racial trait and 1 from her Spell Sniper feat. The 3 class ones are listed fine, but the feat one and the racial one are both listed under separate drop down menues instead of being listed with the rest of her spells. Since cantrips are based off of character level, and not class level, this also shouldn't cause any leveling issues.
Another issue that the current way of doing causes is that the cantrip she currently gets from Spell Sniper (Fire Bolt) isn't able to be linked as an attack (probably because it doesn't properly appear on her spell list.)
This also might resolve the issue that people are currenly having with the Pact of the Tomb cantrips not appearing on their spell list (although I don't personally have this isue because I am Pact of the Chain.)
First of all great content, mobile website is well done and I can't wait to see the android app!
Warding Wind is a spell from Elemental Evil and appears here on the Wizard spell list, where in my version of EE player's companion this spell is restricted to bard, druid and sorcerer. Was it changed in Xanathar or is it a mistake?

Hi there - the spell Warding Wind does indeed feature in Xanathar's Guide to Everything and is on the Wizard spell list.

Thank you
Yes, the only change that has been done to Warding Wind in Xanathar is adding the spell to the bard spell list.
I'm sure it has been brought up in this thread already, but I'd love to be able to filter spells by range (self, touch, 60 ft, etc) and shape (single target, cone, line, etc).
It would be great if the "Source" in the bottom right of each spell description could indicate that it's part of both, if a spell is from Elemental Evils and was reprinted in Xanthar's - this confused me as well, it looks as though we aren't able to filter out Elemental Evils spells!
I would like to have bulleted notes for spells or for spells to already have a bulleted list in them.
Having the full description is great for completeness but when you're in the middle of a game, it can slow things down, especially if the spell is super long.
Instead, it would be nice to have a bulleted list of the main points of the spell.
For example, Magic Mouth says the following
You implant a message within an object in range, a message that is uttered when a trigger condition is met. Choose an object that you can see and that isn't being worn or carried by another creature. Then speak the message, which must be 25 words or less, though it can be delivered over as long as 10 minutes. Finally, determine the circumstance that will trigger the spell to deliver your message.
When that circumstance occurs, a magical mouth appears on the object and recites the message in your voice and at the same volume you spoke. If the object you chose has a mouth or something that looks like a mouth (for example, the mouth of a statue), the magical mouth appears there so that the words appear to come from the object's mouth. When you cast this spell, you can have the spell end after it delivers its message, or it can remain and repeat its message whenever the trigger occurs.
The triggering circumstance can be as general or as detailed as you like, though it must be based on visual or audible conditions that occur within 30 feet of the object. For example, you could instruct the mouth to speak when any creature moves within 30 feet of the object or when a silver bell rings within 30 feet of it.
I keep having to re-select what spells my character knows. I cannot repeat exactly, but I have now had to do it three times and would like to know if I am doing something wrong or if this is a bug.
I'd love if the crosslinking extended even further than to just conditions and references of other spells. For example, Fog Cloud makes the area Heavily Obscured and there's no crosslink to Adventuring - Vision & Light to let you know everyone in there has the effect of Blinded.
On the spell compendium page, can we have another filter that filters by damage type? I keep trying to look for, say, electricity damage spells, but there's no filter for that.

You can find that under 'Advanced Filters' on the Spells Listing page.

I didn't see this Mega thread, and created a separate thread for this, so I am copying my post from there to here:

So there.
